Matt was helpful, friendly and polite through the whole process. He kept us up to date with timely and informative emails. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy a Mazda at Vospers.

Nothing less than I expected from a reputable Mazda dealership. So much more than I had hoped for. Matt Hicks from the initial contact after paying my deposit to taking the car away was so professional and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The deal with Vospers was better than I expected and the service was way beyond what I expected.
It was well worth the 700mile round trip, one which I would have no hesitation in doing again for my next car.

The HERO of this week for me was Jamie Edwards, what a star. Long story, short version.....nail in tyre when on holiday in Falmouth, lost locking wheel nut (lost at previous garage!!) so Kwik Fit could not remove the tyre. Drove to Truro and Jamie got the master, removed the nut that needed to be removed and the other 3 just in case it happened again whilst on holiday (replaced with standard for now). For him he thought he was probably just being kind, for me he was a hero as I was so stressed trying to get it all sorted. THANK YOU

On our visit to collect the car we wereb served by both Andrew and Matt, both of them were well presented and obviously knew their products very well.

We have just bought a new car from this company and, can honestly say that, the customer service we received from Mathew Hicks, the Sales Executive, was the best we have ever experienced. He kept us fully informed and updated from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Mathew went out of his way to provide videos of our new car as we were unable to travel to Truro at the time. One of the videos provided instructions on how to use the car’s controls and functions and was invaluable to us. He reassured us that he’s always at the end of the phone should we need any further assistance or encounter any problems. We would not hesitate to recommend Vospers in Truro as Mathew certainly went above and beyond. Many thanks again Mathew.

From rhe test drive to the purchase of my beautiful Mx5 could not fault the service of the team at Vospers Truro and particularly Mathew Hicks for his patience and advice

Despite the automatic booking system informing me that I had a booking for service on 7th October, I was not expected on my arrival. The Service Advisor had no record of me but he was very accommodating and booked the vehicle in without delay and the service was carried out promptly.

We have recently tried several new cars from quite a few dealers. The mazda cx30 ticked all of the boxes but to be sure we returned for a second test drive and the salesman we dealt with was Matthew Hicks. He was extremely professional and at no point pushy. We are delighted
