I used VP Smart removal service for my recent local move. Their quote is much more competitive and I saw there’re many positive reviews. That’s why I chose them. It is when I met the team and see how they work that I started to feel relieved. The three movers are very nice and they came in and had a tour of what we have and then started immediately to work. They handled things carefully and they’re patient. When unloading, they asked us where each thing should go if there is no labels on the box. They kept working all the time and they seem to be very experienced. I’m very glad the move was done stress free and very happy with the their service.

The team were on time, polite and very helpful. They managed the whole move in just under two hours. I would happily use again/recommend to others.

Amazing job!!! the staffs were very professional and carried all the jobs as advised.

I have moved 4 times in London in past 9 years. Have used most professional movers ( when corporate company was paying) from Sterling Movers to Cadogan Tate to Aussie movers. This time also got us quotes from everyone. VP were the most competitive and they were very very good! Absolute professional and prompt and diligent ! Highly recommend Milen, Evo and Peter! Super great rep Lina who will call you to book and explain and invoice everything! Great company and amazing work ethics.

The technician was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was transported efficiently and quickly. He was also very resourceful -finding parking when I wasn't sure where it was, and overall made everything run smoothly. Definitely value for money:)

We used them to move house and they were brilliant. Very polite, helpful and professional, very hardworking and customer service spot on from the beginning to the end. We booked it with Lina who was amazing, very helpful and incredibly responsive. Also the overall cost was less than quoted - great value for money. Highly recommended. We moved in a few hours, if we were doing it ourselves it would be a week at least.

VP Removals were excellent from first contact to putting the last items in place. The office is really quick to respond and answered all my questions. The team on the day packed and moved everything quickly but with care. Highly recommended.

VP Smart Removals did an amazing job, communication with them is quick and professional. They were able to pack all my belongings without me having to assist them. I had also received pictures, when their job was done, which was very helpful and reassured me everything was how I wanted it to be. I would recommend this company to anyone that' s moving out and needs help with the packing. A big thank you!

The team were very friendly, working quickly to pack and move our belongings and furniture.
They rebuilt all our furniture well with no issues being noticed.
The team although fast would benefit from being a little bit more careful. We found some plants had been packed into boxes with other belongings, getting slightly damaged although they have all mow recovered. I would recommend them to others, although suggest that you move your most valuable and delicate belongings.

The two men arrived on time, were very professional, (even asked to take their shoes off!), moved everything with lightning speed and were so quiet throughout the whole process. In the van, they kept some purpose blankets to cover the furniture so that it doesn’t get damaged during transport (for us it was just a 20 min drive).
Best company around!

We recently hire their services. Everything went very smoothly. I explained to them about the items to move on the phone itself. The price and time agreed.
They came on time and moved things very smoothly. We are quite stressed but they made it look simple. Two guys who came were very nice.

Efficient reliable service.
The two men who moved me from storage to an attic flat were extremely courteous and hardworking... nothing was a problem to them. The move was tricky as they had to carry items up two flights of stairs, they caused no damage to goods or paintwork whilst negotiating a tight stairwell.
I would definitely recommend.

VP Smart Service’s took the stress out of moving sofas from one house to another.. they dismantled them and had them on the road within 30 minutes.. Everything from communication to payment was made easy.. I am very pleased I chose them over other services.. Well done to them..
