Hello. I want to help make sure that when buying your doll, you do not make the same mistakes I did. This company does not offer the actual manufacturers that they claim to sell. They are knock-offs, do not look like the picture, and are cheap. I bought one in March and the joints became stripped in the knee within 4 months. They of course, will tell you that it was not normal wear and tear. But the reality is that they are not put together in the factory properly. I guess I should have known, based on the price, that it would not be quality. This is my second doll purchase, and this company is not the one I bought my first one from. I did not have an issue with my first one and I had it for years. It is very disappointing. I would avoid this company at all costs. Do not fall for the good pricing. Dolls with broken parts are not fun.

This Chinese scam company, operating with stolen images . Be aware, they use different company names .

They could not match the picture or body type and face was completely wrong. I was told it was within the 10% tolerance it wasn't even within 25%. The only way I could get my money back was to agree to a spurious 10% charge!!!!! Never use them.

VSDoll Puppe mit Heizung überhitzt und schmilzt.
Ich habe die Bilder mit dem geschmolzenen TPE an VSDoll gesendet, aber VSDoll sieht hier keine Fehler Ihrerseits.
Jetzt ist die Schulter offen und ich kann bis auf das Skelett sehen.
Ich kann die Heizung nicht verwenden,
denn ich habe kein Vertrauen in die Sicherheit des Produkts mehr.
VSDoll hat mir keine befriedigende Lösung geboten.
Ich hätte wenigstens Reperaturmateriel für das TPE-Loch erwartet, oder eine externe Heizung, da ich die interne Heizung nicht mehr nutzen kann.

I ordered Pauline doll and second head.
I was sent photo of the wrong doll prior to sending
I asked them to correct their error and was then sent photo of incorrect hair, and head with incorrect eyes
Again I asked them to correct
Then sent photo again but incorrect nipple color
Again asked to correct and to re check things I could not check via a photo ie height,vagina, gell breasts,standing feet. They said all was as my order and sent.
I received doll ok but it did not have gell breasts.
In summary their products are good but their quality control in getting what you order is extremely bad it took 60 emails for me to still get the incorrect product.
Be warned!!
Ps my original order never changed.
I notified them of not getting gel breasts and was fobbed of.

These guys are not to be trusted, dont be fooled by the pleasantry of their customer service, once an issue arrises they will turn very quickly. They have a 15% restocking fee if you cancel the order, which in of its self is fine, business needs to protect itself, but directly after placing the order i was informed that the clothes werent available, i enquired "can i cancel? or can we pause the order?" they said wait until we send you back details if the clothes are in, i reiterated not to continue with the order until everything was clear. They took 24 hours to come back to me and only when i enquired to see a factory photo of the dolls they sell i realised that these are completely false advertised on the website, the photos couldnt be any less simmilar appart from hair colour. Iv been in an arguing match with them since regarding a full refund and they claim they are still going to charge me the 15% of the total order, and claim the doll has been finished, even tho i told them not to proceed and through about 12 emails they were attempting to confirm things like what body size what head etc that id like to go for so its just a straight lie. The fact that these guys are willing to let their company be viewed in this light over effectivly £140 shows to me that they are only intestested in money and very short sighted. They even had the audacity to try make it look like they had agreed to waive the 15% but to only turn around and say, we only agreed to waive the 15% if you dont cancel the order..... WHAT??? Please dont make the same mistake that i did, do not trust the company, these kind of buisness's need to be brought to light and not supported

Received a non-genuine doll. They play word games, never give straight answers to questions, and send low-resolution "factory" images to get your "approval." I received a low-quality doll that does NOT match what was ordered. Do not trust.

At first i was skeptical because some review site said it was a scam and rated it based on pictures, location, service speed but they didnt base it on facts because they never ordered from them. I wanted the game lady tifa but without the hefty $3K price tag so i got it on sale for about $900, no tax was awesome. I know for that price id get a you get what you pay for type of doll so i was expecting a equivalent of a generic blow up doll you get for 500 dollars. I used their other site vsdolls.net, i think after i ordered i contact customer support and ask them lots of different questions and they gave honest answers to the best of their abilities. So i think its legit because their prices are low due to shipping it slowly for custom dolls. Slow boating they call it. I took a doll they had in stock and they told me it wasnt going to look 100% as the pictures but tpe is 90% and silicone heads are like 99% maybe? I chose tpe because i wanted the oral part as well. Being skeptical i asked for pictures taken from the factory before stocking at their warehouse and it didnt look terrible at all for the in stock dolls. They take like a week to ship if you choose free shipping depending where you live.
I got the doll and i fell in love first sight. The head was exactly as the picture and the body was more realistic than the cheap ones ive seen. Jelly boobs feel amazing and the holes are better than any fleshlight ive ever used, so was the weight i got the default skeleton it weighs like 90 lbs.. been having muscle cramps after handling her. They sent me extra freebies with my order i chose the default option on premium doll but i got the extra items that comes for premium and luxury. I emailed them and they were totally cool about it, thought id have extra charge fees for their mistake lol. Will be purchasing more in the future

die puppen sehen zwar toll aus aber gerade bei den kleineren puppen macht sich die fehlende qualität bemerkbar..habe neulich ein premium modell für etwa 600 euro erstanden (100cm) und was ich bekam war keine 200 wert...nach etwa 2 wochen bereits waren alle (ja wirklich Alle) gelenke gebrochen...die standfähigkeit ist nicht gegeben und und features wie bewegliche schultern für die man bezahlt sind gar nicht erst dabei...und am schlimmsten ist das die dolls nicht versiegelt sind so das man sie nicht gründlich reinigen kann ohne das wasser an das skelett gelangt...rost ist also vorprogrammiert...der freundliche support leugnet das natürlich alles aber ich würde dann lieber qualität haben für mein geld und nicht so ein schrott aus draht und blech ...andere hersteller sind um längen besser, da kann man auch bei ali express bestellen und zahlt nur einen bruchteil für das gleiche wie bei vs dolls.ich rate jedem vom kauf ab ...investiert das geld lieber bei seriösen händlern!!!!

Quality work helpful service. They can pretty much build you what ever you want. Very realistic features, delivery was only 4 weeks. You can count on this site to give you the best bang for your buck. Definitely buy from them again.

I ordered Yukari from Vsdolls . Unfortenally they send Out the Last one in Stock to someone Else . They offered me too choose Another Doll Afterwards so they changed my Order too Nora 100 . I kept waiting 1 week ( including Weekend and 1 Holiday ) then the Spedition messed Up and send my Doll too the wrong Adresse and i recieved for 100$ more the Premium Nora 110 Doll. Within less than 5 days i have recieved my Girl fast and she IS Match my expectations. Would i recommend VsDoll? Defenetive yes ! They are trustworthy and you can have a Long conversation with every custom Support they are very Kind and willing too Help No Matter what time . The shedule of their repeating Messages aß answers are very nearby once you send them a Email. Make Sure to be Patient a bit . The Quality or the wig could be a little more Hair onto the wig for my taste since the netting Sees through but the Hair feels so much human lifelike you could mistake IT for real Hair even it's high synthetic wig.
My Doll came within the Hearing rod , additional 2nd wig and multiple eyes to Exchange a pair of glooves , lube paste and a pair of White gloves for cleaning her i gues. A View toenails faling Off wich IS Not a big Problem since they are Glued on. I am Happy

Took a long time to get here , a full 5 weeks. Doll is has ordered. good quality just has expected. But a couple of things that let VS Dolls down is that doll was custom made with body heating which does not work and voice system that hasn’t been fitted. Doll was also meant to have standing feet but these where not fitted. All these items I was charged extra for so beware.

I was happy enough to choose vsdoll but didn't really appreciate that I had to call the company about her clothes. I didn't know the dolls arrived without clothing and that I had to buy my own. Customer service explained it to me though, and I got some stuff online. Still pretty happy with the doll though.

vsdoll believes that every doll ever made was their creation and that every doll artist that ever existed simply stole their work. If you ask them about an artists original work and why they stole that artists images for their counterfeit products... they'll tell you that it's their original work and that every artists that ever existed stole from them.

Nothing they offer is authentic! Everything they sell is counterfeit junk. These clowns should be charged for their crimes.

Don't give them your business even if the price is tempting.

They steal images from actual artists and claim the original artists stole it from them. When asked about a particular brand they seem confused as they claim that everything they create is original. As an example... they stole Irokebijin Doll pics, changed the title on their listings, changed the Evo Skeleton to Yoga, and when questioned about it they said Irokebijin stole their work lol. These clowns are a total scam. Avoid them unless you're not concerned about quality or authenticity.

Paid 449USD for a doll. Got the doll, but its not the doll I ordered!
It is a very cheap knockoff that looks a little (very little) like the one I ordered :-(
Why not run a proper shop with satisfied customers?

SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have had the exact same experience as the review below. I paid in full for my doll a year ago now and have recieved nothing but lies. The only responses I get to my emails are either generic (possibly automated) responses to a complaint, or somebody saying that if I just pay a little bit more money then they can sort the problem. Textbook scam artists, steer clear!

I paid for a doll on the 22.09,21 and 10 months on still not received any goods, I asked them for replacement thay sead yes but have to pay more, so I ask for my money back, I was ignored, thay have lied and lied and mislead me into that I was going to get my goods, but lied again and again, all I get is emails stating I ask the back office and let you know! Or thank you for your understanding, nearly 200 emails later and 10 months on I have been told that they are losing money and can not send me a replacement doll due to their losses, I said what about my losses of over $1.000 dollars! Got no response and still ignoring me, I am left empty pockets and no goods, I'm left with taking legal action. My recommendation is don't buy nothing from them.
