VWFS Rent-a-Car - Birmingham (Commercial Vehicles) レビュー 

Prior to potential purchase my wife and I had a Grand California 600 booked for a camping weekend Friday 24th July 2026.
3 Days prior to rental, I received a poor voicemail addressing me as Mr "Christian Name" asking me to call them back.
Spoke to them, to discover that the van I was looking forward to enjoy had a damaged fridge and would I be happy for the door to be taped up? Umm - not the best but providing the fridge was still working and they gave me the suggested tape to secure it I was potentially happy with this, but I asked for what the options of compensation or discount because what I was hiring wasn't as expected. The manger Zee asked to seek clarification from his area manager agreed to call me back.
Some moments later he calls and says we can't hire you the camper, so they are going to have to cancel my booking! What? - No suggestion of a replacement or alternatives I was dumfounded!
I asked for the matter to be escalated with an area manager and have a call back.
Several minutes later I get an automated email telling me I have cancelled my booking.
I then spent the next hour on the phone trying to seek a resolution to Volkswagen Customer Service.
I'm out of pocked for the camping pitch that I booked and it's too late to get a refund. Be interesting to see how quickly I get my full refund of the rental booking that they have had since June 4th!

This rental was a game changer, and that credit goes to ZAHEER MUSTAFA first time i rented from VW and tell you what so much easier then the these other rental companies… i have already reserved another van as this is the only place i will now go to for Van hire !!!!

First class service again. Zee and the team always look after me very well. You get a modern van in immaculate condition. The modern vans mean that you get great fuel efficiency and lots of creature comforts that are very welcome if you are driving a long distance. Other rental places rent out beat-up vans at higher prices that VW charge for a new van. This is the best place for van hire in the Birmingham area.

I recently hired a VW transporter from here and I must say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I flew in from Australia and my original hire company messed up my booking and vwfs came to my rescue without a moment’s hesitation. They bent over backwards to accommodate my needs and when I returned the van on a Saturday, a day the hire desk is not even open, he came in and dropped me at the airport on his way home. Absolutely outstanding service and I can highly recommend them to anyone considering renting from them.

Amazing Service recieved from Zee. Will be highly recommended to friends & family.
So glad WV has set up in Bham with a peace of mind booking system. Brand new vans in very clean condition. Only found out how convenient it was when Zee popped into my work place and explained the services they offer and had left some leaflets with us.
Will deffinetly be booking with Zee again very soon. Thank you for a great Professional, hassle free service.
