Didn't get the car I booked as promised there we guarantee the car you book or you money back claim is false.

The vehicle was well presented and awaiting my collection. It was a very low mileage car with many features that I had not expected.

Drove a 2025 Volkswagen polo, great little car! My kids love it too. I like the lane assist and the stop-start system of the car. Mike of Bury and Shannon of Ipswich were both helpful on the paperworks process and all the things I needed to know about the rental. I am one happy renter here!

This is the 3rd time I have rented a car, twice from Bury St Edmunds and once from Ipswich. Have been very happy with all experiences. Easy to book, communication good, no hidden charges and hand over nice and quick. Always had my bond refunded within a day or 2. Highly recommend and I will defintely use this company again

Rented a car whilst my daughter was visiting from abroad with her two young children. Booking process was simple and the price reasonable, having shopped around. On collection and drop off all the showroom staff were attentive,polite and helpful. Special thanks to Anna, Emma, Marc and Helen all of whom went over and above!

Car was clean on the outside but quite dirty inside . We had to vacuum clean the inside on ourselves in order to have a proper ride .

Arranged the rental with Paul at the Ipswich branch who was, as always really helpful, and he arranged a car for me to collect from Bury St Edmunds, my home town.
Collected the car without problem, and the handback was very easy too. All staff very helpful and polite, which is what you would expect from a VW dealer.

Albeit the VW Touran 7 seat petrol automatic we hired was a superb car and met our needs completely the process of pick up and drop off left a lot to be desired. On arrival to pick up we went to the designated rental desk to be told it had moved to another building altogether due to new company process. Going to the next door premises the receptionist greeted us and asked how she could help. Telling her we had come to pick up a rental car we were told to go back to the original desk as they knew nothing about it.Eventually we went back to the same area where they found someone who would help but only having minimal training in the process had to make phone calls to get help.l was then asked for driving licence and national insurance number to clarify licence status. After what seemed an awfully long time we concluded and drove away. On returning the car at the alloted date and time there was again nobody there to help.The receptionist did make a call and after a while l asked her how long because I had to get someone to the station to which l was asked what time, l retorted somewhat sharply that was irrelevant. Again after quite a wait someone came along and finished off the hire even though another phone call needed to be made as he had not done this before .l will use you again should the need arise and hopefully next time staff will be properly trained in procedures. Thank you.

Excellent overall. Really reasonable rates compared to others and fabulous customer service. Couple of minor quibbles, I rented the vehicle with the petrol on empty, not great as it's very difficult to return the car on empty. A manual would have been nice as during the months rental several lights appeared on the dash that I had no idea about. That said I called the number on the documentation and they were excellent with their help and assistance even on a bank holiday. The staff at the rental office were top notch! Wouldn't hesitate to hire a car from them again. Thanks so much!

Rented a car from here very last minute on easter bank holiday weekend. Had tried everywhere else, no cars available anywhere. These guys literally emailed me at 3pm and i had the car by 4pm on a saturday. So easy and straightforward. Very good price. Lovely new golf. Couldnt fault them.
