It wasn’t the first time I used this business for car rental, but it was the best. Moshin was so helpful when faced with an unavoidable last minute issue with the car, he kept me advised and dealt with it kindly without delay, and upgraded me to another higher cost car without charge . It was really appreciated, very professional and efficient place to use for rental

Used VWFS on multiple occasions now and had an excellent experience every time.

Car is always in great condition and ready to go (not always the case elsewhere)

Drop off and pick up is also easy.

Was recommended VWFS by a friend as other hire companies charging extortionate rates for a car over Christmas. VWFS was priced really reasonably for a week’s hire over Christmas which was a life saver. Had a brand new golf which was in excellent condition and a pleasure to drive. Whole process was easy and Mohsin was helpful, friendly and professional - he made everything clear throughout but didn’t over complicate anything. Can’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be using again.

It was easy to book the rental online and Mohsin completed the documentation professionally and quickly.
He pointed out all the marks on the vehicle body and wheels during the pre-delivery inspection.

Booked a VW for Christmas. Considerably cheaper than the usual big brand hire companies - and for a better vehicle. Mine was a brand new automatic. The car was perfect for my needs and the whole experience with Mohsin was perfect. He was friendly and customer-focussed, I got none of the awkward upselling I get at the usual car rental places, got offered a coffee, and both the pick up and the handover were quick and hassle free. Would very much recommend and will hire from them again.

Took out a campervan, a california ocean for the weekend and had the best driving/camping experience! Drove out all the way to Peak District to catch the Geminids Meteor shower and it did not disappoint.

Staff were very friendly but a very big shout out to Gary who showed me around the camper and made the whole rental check in/out very simple and efficient! Definitely an asset to the team there at VW!
