VWFS Rent-a-Car - Durham レビュー

Outstanding service
Have been using these guys for many years when we come back to England & will continue to do so!

Absolutely fine as always. I use this on a regular basis and have done for the past four years never had a complaint as usualonly thing I query time was the car came without fuel and every other time it’s been fully filled but that’s not a problem because you have to put fuel anyway it was just a question if they changed there way of hiring but no complaints never have had finest higher I have ever had competent friendly staff manageable just can’t for them thank you once again

Excellent service, above and beyond

Easy and affordable prices. I was given a 26 plate T Roc, which was perfect for the location I was driving too. Also peace of mind knowing it was brand new and wouldn’t run into any issues. Shahk was also a credit to the Company, sorted the job out and was on the road in less than 20 minutes, definitely would use this service again.

Second time I've hired a car from Pulman in Durham and on both occasions the service has been excellent. The price was competitive and the staff were great to deal with, I will certainly be using the company again.

Great service! Needed a hire car urgently at very short notice and they got it to my pick up point exactly on time. Really helpful staff. Many, many thanks.

I found the whole booking process effortless and the customer service exceptional. A special mention and thank you to Shahkiel ( Durham branch) who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. No pressure talk, unlike other hire firms I’ve dealt with in the past. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the Pullman group again. 👏👏

I travelled from Australia to Heathrow and then to Budget for my hire car, they were pressurising customers to take insurance and that amounted to doubling the hire cost quoted. I had an electronic credit card and two physical debit cards but they insisted on a physical credit card so the hire never took place. I travelled North via train and my son suggested I contact VW Pullman at Durham.
Service was professional, friendly and I would add with integrity, my debit card was adequate for the transaction.
The car was superb and the whole process and term of hire was without problem at all.
This will be my first point of call for a hire car next time, I fully endorse and totally recommend them.

Dealt with extremely friendly staff, the vehicle I required was really good value for money, would definitely use this business again.

Really nice car, very clean and excellent spec

Very helpfu and friendly. Everything explained clearly. No problems with the car. Would recommend.

Customer service is excellent in my opinion. Once you've registered your details, it's such a quick & easy process. A sensible price too. I had a VW Golf for 4 days. An excellent vehicle for motorway driving.

I rented a car for 4 days, it was a very pleasant experience. The car was charged fully and had full tank of petrol. It was a very comfortable ride. This was my 3rd time renting from them and I'll be renting again next week for another trip. Lovely people!

Sarah and Steve provide a great personal service which is lacking in other rental firms where most of the time you are dealing with multiple individuals who have no idea who you are.

Steve is such a professional gentleman.. having had lots of previous bad experiences with rental companies this was an absolute seamless process and was very professional throughout. Car and the process were both excellent thank you

Fantastic service from Sarah, great price and a really good car. Thinking of buying one after renting for a week.

Really great service - Sarah was absolutely fab, totally hassle free and down to earth but explained everything really well at the same time. Hired a T-Roc for 12 days to travel to and around Devon. Car was a dream, sad to hand it back. Security deposit was returned to the bank next day. Will definitely be using again, thank you.

excellent service from start to finish, very easy hand over and return. very friendly staff, will definately be returning for my next rental

As usual a stress free no problems rental. Great team at Durham.

Outstanding rental experience. Helpful staff, great support, new vehicle in an excellent condition, and none of the hassle of some of the larger national operators!

I would definitely recommend and will be using as my preference for vehicle rental in the future.

Thanks to Sarah at the Durham branch; an absolute star!
