VWFS Rent-a-Car - Nottingham レビュー

Great service, great price, superb vehicle, will use again.

We hired a car from Nottingham Volkswagen whilst ours was off the road.
It was a very smooth and stressless process. The car was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Ben was a great help in getting us out on the road as soon as possible and can’t thank him enough. Would definitely recommend using this service.

Second time. Nice upgrade and hassle free rental. Thanks again Ben and Evie.

Had a rental from Ben when my car was in the workshop and he explained everything clearly, was very friendly and approachable and couldn’t have been more helpful than he was. Definitely a credit to VW. If you need a car short term definitely give Ben a call and he’ll sort you out 100%!

Extremely good experience dealing with Evie from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend using VW rent an car enough!

The car was easy to book, I got the car I chose, not an equivalent, paperwork was minimal and quickly dealt with and the rep was extremely friendly and helpful, all of which makes using them again a no-brainer.

Very easy to book online. Service at the Nottingham, West Bridgeford dealership was excellent. The vehicle was well presented. I have no hesitation in recommending this VW car hire service.

Very easy to book and pick up, also drop off. I had the best weekend away, and a smooth drive. I definitely recommend and will come back (if I don't buy a car in the meantime)

Fantastic service and Ben made the process absolutely simple and easy for us. Always kept in touch and up to date with any information that was relevant to our hire.
Thank you again Ben

Simple booking process, Ben's communication on point and sound advice given, highlighting any pre-existing blemishes during inspection. Great pricing and car clean, full to full on fuel, convenient pick up and drop off. Superb!

The service was very helpful, friendly and good value. The car was perfect for our needs and lovely to drive.

Would highly recommend, everything was excellent! The car quality was great and at a really competitive price without huge deposit. The booking process was simple. Most impressive was the service from Ben, there was no lengthy process, everything was ready when I arrived and the service was friendly and personable with great pre and post rental communication. I would personally choose to rent from here above anywhere else in the future.

5* all round. I needed an electric vehicle for my weekend trip. Ben at vertu Volkswagen Nottingham was fantastic and sorted me a vehicle out promptly at a good cost. I will most defiantly be using Bens services again thank you.

Highly recommend!
Competitive price, caring staff who go above and beyond to provide the best fit for your needs.
The car was clean, comfortable, reliable and perfect for taking my parents to Scotland…

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy booking system. Friendly staff, great car. Very reasonable price

Thankyou to Ben F at Nottingham, great service and a great team 😀

Needed a short term hire as my car had a problem and the garage needed it all day
The service was instant and I had a car very quickly.
The manager was helpful and I had no problems with a low mileage VW golf auto.

We hired a VW ID3 from VWFS. The online booking system was straight forward. I booked the car on the previous Saturday afternoon. On arrival, Ben was very helpful and sorted all the paperwork out. He made it very clear about all the vehicle's functions. This was particularly helpful, as we are intending on buying an ID3. Thank you Ben.

Excellent service. The car I originally booked ended up not being available but Ben sorted out an alternative and was very efficient with communication. Will definitely rent from VWFS again.

I needed a car for the weekend and had heard about VW rent-a-car.
I contacted the VW Nottingham dealership and spoke to Ben, the rental manager who was a really lovely guy and extremely helpful, answering all of my questions with a good level of knowledge. He talked me through the vehicle options and I chose the VW ID.5.
Collection of the vehicle was swift but not rushed, which meant I could be on my way without faffing about with lots of paperwork. I had not driven an electric vehicle before and was slightly apprehensive but Ben talked me through the controls and explained everything really well.

I would highly recommend VWFS rent-a-car. The customer service, range of vehicles and pricing were all excellent. Thank you!
