Great service, again.

Taylor was so helpful in sorting out a hire car for us whilst ours in for repair. We had dropped off our vehicle and was away in the hire car within 50 mins. She explained everything clearly, went through the process with us and handed over the vehicle with excellent explanation of its controls thank you

Great service from Taylor, from collecting the car herself, cleaning it and making sure sufficient charge was in it, nothing was too much trouble, very competitively priced, lovely car, ticked all boxes, no queuing or delays, keep up the great work

Taylor and Jacob were very helpful as we needed a car at short notice for a trip to France.
Our car had developed a gearbox problem and we had a memorial service in France to get to with 3 days notice.
Taylor and Jacob were great with emails and phone calls to confirm details and even an upgrade. Price was better by far compared to other car hire companies and included all the usual caveats. The EU car hire / green card delayed us by a few joyrs but Jacob had us sorted in time to catch the ferry.
If we needed to hire a car again VWFS/Johnsons would be our choice.

Having booked well in advance I was very disappointed by not being able to obtain the vehicle of choice. However; whilst the vehicle supplied was adequate for my needs it was not as ordered.
Both Taylor and Jacob exceeded my customer service expectations during the initial hire and return phases. Very well done to both of them. Having used the VW Solihull branch over some years I can certainly recommend both the employees and the service provided to others. Here’s to my next hire requirement and the provision of the required vehicle.

Never rent a car from here!!!
They will look for any minor blemish on the car when you return it even a little stone chip on the paintwork that might occur by by motorway debris or other debris in roads.
I was not given any warning about this otherwise I would not have taken the car. The chip was as big as a 20p coin. And they took £80 from my deposit. Absolute con.

My review is about my experience with Jacob who was responsible for organising a courtesy car. From the outset he was very efficient, knowledgeable and extremely polite. What mattered most to me was his manner, he clearly understood my needs and went out of his way to explain the essential information I needed for the replacement vehicle. Taylor dealt with us in a super professional manner. The process was so easy. The fact that we didn’t have a credit card was not an issue, we just used our debit card. The cost was cheaper than Enterprise. The car was clean with only 6000 miles on it

The service from this branch ch has been great.
