Great experience! Welcomed by very friendly staff especially Helen who processed the paperwork swiftly. I rented a VW Tiguan Allspace for a family trip away and it was great. Plenty of space even with 2 baby car seats. Very high spec with adaptive cruise made the journey effortless, front and rear parking sensors were handy in tight spots and the panoramic roof was a bonus. Very reasonably priced compared to many other mainstream car rental companies.

we rent a car in Volskswagen Solihull during my son's holidays in knowle. (3 weeks)
The car was a T-Roc which is a SUV.
The car was really clean and the use of this small SUV was perfect for our family of 3.
The Tank is given 1/4 for 1/4 return.
It was really easy to deal with Helen the official of the rental service.
She was professional and pleasant.
There is no trick or hidden cost like with some well known rental companies...
The price is reasonable and i recommend using their service. It is a good way to try a new vehicle as well :)
When it was time to go back to the car branch , nothing complicated, and after the normal checking of the car , nothing more to do, deposit will be sent direct to my account within 5 days!
I could say that if i was a UK resident i won't hesitate to buy a car from this dealer.
We will be coming back next year to rent the same car.

Helen Jamieson at Johnson VW Solihull was just amazing. She couldn’t do enough to help and was really knowledgeable about the vehicle. She is a credit to the company and I have recommended Johnson’s to family and friends.

Yet again a great experience. Chose a car at booking and got exactly what I asked for. excellent cCustomer service from the young lady at the desk. Only small drawback is when picking up vehicle not being able to park a car at the garage

What amazing experience, the only flaw I could find was 10 mins wait but this was dealt in speedy paperwork by Helen Jamieson who was just outstanding in her customer service and hospitality. Vehicle was nice and clean and work in mint condition. This branch is Wazzie Google Guide approved and must try if you want to rent a vehicle.

Helen! Was a superstar. Kind and understanding. Very helpful and quick. The experience was comfortable and the car was in excellent state.

Renting here is so easy. The staff is super organized, it only takes minutes to pick up a car. The cars are in great working order. The staff has been very empathetic to my situation when I have had to return the car early due to a medical emergency, it’s never any problem and they quickly settle everything. I’m very appreciative!

Brilliant straight forward car hiring. A glitch in the system meant they didn’t have the car I chose however they were brilliant at laying out alternatives and offered a superior upgrade too. I’ve always felt car hiring company are often trying to catch you out with excess charges but this was all very straight forward with great service minded delivery very refreshing and will certainly use every time I need to hire a car in the future.

Visited to rent a car for the May Bank Holiday. As usual, service was extraordinarily good and I could not have been happier with the entire experience. Lovely to meet the latest addition to the Team at VWFS Rent-a-Car, Solihull. Helen was a true star and a credit as well as asset to their organisation. Why bother going elsewhere when the best is at VWFS Rent-a-Car in Solihull.

VW Rental at Solihull was very helpful and understanding.
They fully explained the terms and conditions, the insurance cover and answered all my questions about the rental car.
The rental car was clean and in good order, it suited my needs for the hire period.

5 star service! Quick and easy to use. The staff are amazingly friendly and make me feel like family. Big thanks to Helen at the rental department for dealing with my enquiries and the 2 girls at the reception for the warm welcome every time I step in. VW are the best out there!

The customer service was fantastic and mostly helpful, very straightforward with clear instructions on what to do if a problem was to occur. One of the most lovely and polite women I've spoken to in a good while.
