Steve Jones deserves commendation for the customer care that he gives. I have used VWFS at Hedge End several times. For service, value for money and completeness of hire package, I would not go anywhere else. Without doubt 5-star.

Very experienced and helpful staff , excellent car and service

We hired a car from the Hedge End branch of VW Rent-a-Car a few days ago. The representative who dealt with us, Steve, could not have been more helpful. He was polite, friendly and professional at all times. He explained the hiring procedure to us and made sure that we fully understood the car before taking it away.

Pickup on time and details of hire explained (no hidden costs). The handover was good and the car was very well explained to me, all questions were answered, the car was clean and tidy as new.

I recently hired a Polo from here and couldn't recommend them more. Steve (Jones) couldn't have been more helpful. Reasonably priced, clean and economic car. Steve explained everything clearly and and was available if I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely use them again.
