Great service. Easy collection and drop off.

Having not rented a car before Taylor the lady who dealt with us was very polite friendly and efficient.
We enjoyed the experience of having VW Golf and very impressed with performance and fuel efficiency.

Super experience from start to finish. Taylor was very helpful, I even called to extend the hire and that was also smooth and hassle free. Would 100% rent from VW again if needed.

Good value for money and a good choice of cars. Easy to do, with plenty of updates from them. The only downside was the air-conditioning didn't work. Too little time to sort it out when I picked up the car, there was another but the traffic was too busy. It turns out it's a manufacturing issue.

Easy booking process, and it was the most competitive process for the time I needed a car.

The car was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and Keelea was helpful and friendly.

Dropping off was simple, and David even helped me out with a lift to the station. All in all, great service!

Booked a car on-line we arrived on time for collection, there was a small problem with the paperwork but the lady in charge helped to resolve the matter straight away without stress.

The car was clean and well presented and the whole service which can sometimes seem daunting and stressful was a treat and very stress free and quick.

Would definitely recommend and won't hesitate to rent from these again.

Great car -- practically new and with a lot of features .
Competitive pricing: cheaper than I was as quoted by Enterprise, and the price included roadside protection and came with a SatNav, which were both additional costs for Enterprise.

I have recently hired a Golf and from the initial conversation, Keelea was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I had to extend the hiring period a couple of times and this process was also seamless. I would definitely recommend and if I need to hire a car again, I would not go anywhere else.

I needed a car as mine was off the road, I contacted VWFS rent-a-car Stoke-on-Trent, I spoke to Keelea, who guided me through the process, initially it was only a week I needed, but this soon turned into a month of needing vehicles, the whole process of extending hire, and changing vehicles was seemless, licence checks were quick, and if I needed anything, Keelea was on hand to assist. I've rented 3 vehicles in total, all were immaculately clean. I would recommend this hire company, and will definitely be using them in the future for any additional hires. Highly recommended!

The booking was easy to do on line. Low deposit on initial reservation booked in advance. All paper work and license check was quick and everything emailed. Value for money rental. Car features well explained from fuel type to reporting accident's during rental.Receipts all emailed on return.

The whole rental experience from VW Stoke has been flawless , from the moment I booked the car over the phone , collecting a new T-Roc and when I returned it ten days later.
I dealt with Keelea , on the phone and in person , she was very professional and made the whole process very simple and effortless, supplying emails for transactions and for the rental agreements straight away .
