Hassle free and easy process. I needed a hire car for 5 days and the price was right and it was a smooth process to arrange.

Making the booking was very easy. The price was brilliant. Collecting the car was easy. Knowledgeable member of staff showed me the basics of the car. Returning the car was even quicker and easier.

Will be using again.

Very good car and very clean, reasonable price. Everything you need to get going is included in price. It would be good if they can include note at time of booking that they will require £250 Deposite. But very good experience.
They should open some more places where people can collect cars as currently its available at very few places.

The gentelmen who helped me to make the car rental journey so smooth and flawless was Mr Richard, really great service and answering all my queries politely. This was my best ever experience to rent a car.

This is the second time I rented a car from VW Watford and again the experience was 100% positive. I had booked a geared golf in error and despite there being no automatics readily available Richard Scheininger was able to find me one for my 9 day rental. The service from VW and especially Richard is second to none and I will always get my rental cars from them whenever I am in the U.K. Realistic pricing, great service and attention to detail,what more could one ask.

We were greeted by Richard at arrival. He was really helpful explaining us all the relevant stuff regarding the rental. The process was really smooth and convenient. We hired a Tiguan auto and it was almost brand new had all the features that we needed to make our journey pleasurable. This rental service from Volkswagen is what I intend to use in the future for all my trips. You get the car that you choose which is really a big draw.

Very helpful staff. Willing to take back car early and refund for unused time. Fuel not replaced is charged at the going rate, not some punitive rate that other places charge.

I think it was Richard who was helping me out renting out a Golf. He was very knowledgeable about the golf. he was very patient and showed me all the functions of that car. I had a very good experience driving it too. definitely will be renting out again from VWFS.

Very professional service and very competitively priced. Hired a VW Polo and was pleased to get a '21 plate vehicle with the latest tech. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. A small amount of pre-existing damage was present (barely noticeable) and highlighted by staff before leaving the rental site. Agree with earlier comments that providing an ice-scraper would be a nice touch for winter rentals!

Have used before and great as usual.
Excellent price & service level and almost 5 stars overall. Being a new car I would have expected the voice call bluetooth system to be 100% operational but it didn't allow voice activated calls. Button was there, possibly disabled?
Probably being picky but supplying a window ice scraper would have been handy as I didn't have one and that's not ideal on a frosty morning..

I rented from Citygate Watford, it was a very quick and easy booking process at very good prices. Comfortable car and cleaned to a good standard upon collection. Richard was very welcoming and answered any questions I had. Will definitely use again.

I rented a VW polo for a week at a very completive price compared to some others The whole process of booking, pickup and dropping off was very quick and easy.
