Extremely disappointed with my experience.

We ordered a wallpaper mural and carefully positioned the design using the “preview and buy” feature, assuming (reasonably) that what we saw is what we would receive. That is not the case. The company adds an extra 2 inches of overhang, which ends up cutting off key parts of the image. In our case, important elements like flowers, a tree, and part of a building are missing. The final product looks noticeably different from what was previewed.

Yes, the overhang is mentioned; but nowhere does it clearly explain that it will significantly alter the actual design or that the preview is not an accurate representation of the final result. That feels misleading.

On top of that, customer service has been frustrating to deal with. Response times are slow, and the replies don’t really address the core issue—they just repeat policy instead of acknowledging the problem.

Overall, the product does not match what was advertised, and the support experience has been poor. I would not recommend ordering unless you’re okay with your design being altered from what you selected.

Yesterday we finally installed our wallpaper, and the result is simply breathtaking. We absolutely love it! It has completely transformed the room and looks even better than we imagined.

The whole process was very straightforward thanks to the clear instructions provided. The material is excellent quality and surprisingly easy to work with, which made the installation smooth and stress-free.

We’re really impressed with both the design and the finish. The colors are beautiful and the print quality is fantastic. It truly feels like a statement piece in the room, and we’ve already received compliments from friends and family.

I would also like to highlight the wonderful customer care. Communication was friendly, helpful, and prompt throughout the process, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable and reassuring.

I would happily recommend it to others and would definitely order again in the future.

Great communication and quality products

Great experience with this company. Ordered peel and stick mural and it arrived with panels all numbered and clear instructions. I realised I had input one of the measurements incorrectly but an email to customer services and they sorted it no problem. So many lovely designs to choose from. Highly recommend

Excellent top quality paper

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. The wallpaper arrived very well packaged and included a lovely personalized note with my name, which made it feel extra special. The wallpaper itself is very high quality and was easy to apply. It completely transformed my wall, and the colors are even more vibrant and beautiful in person. I’m extremely happy with the product and delivery.

Known flaw in maufacturing where a bit of it went missing

Very impressed with the quality of the mural and also impressed with how quickly it arrived given that it was printed to size. It looks amazing and I finally have my dream wall!

I ordered the wallpaper for my grandson’s nursery. It looks absolutely amazing!! The directions are easy to understand and follow! We are very impressed with how it matched perfectly and was easy to hang! I highly recommend and it was well worth the money!!
