Wallspace UK レビュー

Well-made wooden frame that fitted my picture perfectly. I had originally paid about a third of the price on Amazon but the frame turned up broken as it was very shoddily made, I found the Wallspace website and the frame was worth every penny. Will definitely not be buying any more cheap frames from Amazon and will go to Wallspace for future purchases.

Replacing the frame around a picture printed on perspex. Unsure of sizing I phoned the company which was very reassuring. Lovely service and the frame is excellent. Really solid and a great colour. The frame arrived the next day. Very happy with everything.

Good quality frame, built to exact specification and shipped promptly.

Great Service, Delivery and Customer Service. Item arrived promptly and well packaged.

Communication from Wallspace was excellent and I immediately felt like a value customer. The frame I ordered was delivered quickly, and was very well packaged. I am very happy with the quality of the frame, and am sure I will return to purchase more in the future.

Nicely produced wooden frames and efficient service.

Frame arrived quickly, looked great and was good quality

I got one standard and one custom frame. They both fit my pictures perfectly, are made very well, and we're well packaged to arrive in great condition. Thanks very much!

Initially, there was an issue with the delivery of the frame which was not the fault of the company. After an email conversation, a replacement was sent within the day.
Very impressed with the quality of the item and the personal service.
Thank you!

The frames are high quality, my degree certificates look fantastic.
Ordering was simple and delivery was quick.

Very pleased with my frame. It arrived quickly well packaged. I will definitely buy again.

Good quality frames and very fast delivery

I recently received my order of 10 picture frames and was generally pleased with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship.

However, the packaging left a lot to be desired. The cardboard box used for delivery was slightly shorter than the frames, meaning the top had to be forcibly wrapped over the protruding ends. This removed the usual cushioning effect of the box.

As a result, it appears that something heavy was placed on top of the parcel during transit, and the pressure was borne directly by the frames. A few of them arrived with minor corner dents and a little paint loss. It’s not severe enough to stop me from using them, but it was disappointing and took the shine off an otherwise good experience.

I also received an automated email asking if everything had arrived okay, to which I replied with the above information. Unfortunately, that message seems to have been ignored, as I haven’t had a response in over four working days.

The frame I had been waiting for arrived I already had read the reviews I thought no.. I will give them a chance! Well, opened the box no corner packageing on the corners and the frame arrived loose in the box damaged! so disappointed, I would like a refund. how do I get that? Why are there not any corners brackets on the frame to protect it?

Really well packed and arrived on top condition. Happy that it’s made in the U.K.

I am an artist and have always struggled with finding good quality frames for my art. I like that these frames are wood and have glass which many don't.

speedy delivery, good price, well packed and a really nice oak frame for my screen prints.

Very easy website to look through, all in clear order.
Speedy delivery and product as described

Very good quality frame that arrived very quickly. Very happy and would definitely use Wallspace again.
