Was gifted an expensive charm bracelet at Christmas from this brand. Within a couple of months the tiny pearls around one of the hearts had all fallen off. Oh well I thought, and carried on wearing it. Then a separate large pearl charm just came off, I only happened to notice as I hear it fall. Given the cost yhosnis very poor quality and I am disappointed, so beware.

Well, I think the rings are absolutely beautiful based on the way they’re made and how thick they are. The sizing needs to be a lot broader. You need size 10 you need size 10 1/2. Some of these wider rings don’t fit bigger fingers.

I have now purchased two items from Daisy.
Beautiful and delicate rings. I wear them all the time. Fast delivery and beautifully packaged.

Bought a bracelet and necklace set from john lewis for the wife which were recently worn and they tarnished very quickly.
Would certainly not recommend.

Although the team reached out that's all they did.
Complete waste of money for cheap costume jewellery.

Replaced a pair of faulty earrings immediately with no fuss, even after a few months of wear. Great company that sell good quality items. I have paid hundreds elsewhere for the same quality. I won’t buy jewellery anywhere else now!

My twin sister bought me a silver daisy bracelet for my birthday from John Lewis at first I got lots of compliments but now it's starting to tarnish and also affecting my other silver bracelets so I can't ware it anymore absolutely devastated because I now need to tell my sister I can't ware it anymore, phone call to John Lewis tomorrow

Beautiful jewelry, exactly as pictured. My order arrived quickly and when the ring I ordered didn't fit, I was easily able to return it and exchange it for the correct size. I love the pieces and have been wearing them every day!

Before my purchase, I had some questions so I sent the questions via the website. They responded very promptly- it was a very comprehensive response and it was good to see that they a great balance of professionalism and genuine caring about their customers. So refreshing to receive honest and sensible customer service, which is rare these days !
The necklace was fab aswell.

The costumer service is 10/10.

My personalized necklace broke 5 months after receiving it so I no longer could wear it. I emailed the costumer service with what I should do/ask a jeweler to fix is. Instead of giving my advice they gave me a complete new personalized necklace, free of charge. I'm so happy, I missed waring it and now I finally can wear it again.

I have ordered from Daisy many times, I love the service, the packaging, and of course the jewellery. I recommend them to everyone! I had an issue with a necklace once and they sorted it very quickly. Honestly I can't fault them

I bought my partner the gorgeous Aphrodite pendant necklace in silver for her birthday, but sadly it must have been faulty and slipped off only a few days later. I reached out to the customer service team and was contacted by George, who was incredibly kind and helpful - they offered to replace the necklace free of charge and were super communicative during the process. I had such a great experience with the customer service team. I lost one of my favourite earrings and wasn’t sure if it would even be possible to purchase a single replacement ,but they made it happen!

I don’t often write review but I have a number of rings, a necklace and a bracelet from Daisy and they are all beautiful designs and great quality. Worth every penny full price but the sales are exceptional.
