Great external audit of our home care service. We used W&P audit / mock inspection service to check that we are on the right track with compliance. Marianne who was assigned as our auditor was very thorough and has left us with a lot of really practical advice which we are able to act on.

The lady who delivered the course about CQC and Single assessment framework was very knowledgeable and she delivered the information at a good pace and encouraged engagement. I would highly recommend this course and this training group.

I found the webinar interesting and learned some valuable information. Because of the nature of the subject I understand that interactive elements would be difficult to carry out. I found sitting listening to Lorna speaking to us quite a lot, but this is also my my learning style. The information within the course was valuable and interesting.
I didn't have much knowledge on CQC, only who they are, prior to the training.

She has excellent knowledge, experience, always keen to help and made everything way less stressful than I expected. Lorna guided me all through initial start up, choosing right policies and procedures, interview prep with really clear advice, and now we’re officially registered and good to go. If you need help with CQC stuff, I’d definitely recommend working with her!
