Training was informative, the trainer explained in simple ways so it was understood, was very friendly, and approachable to ask questions would highly recommend this company

The session was interesting, interactive and informative.
We were able to identify areas to improve on while expecting inspection, what to prepare for, before and on inspection day.

INFORMATIVE

given the changes to the way CQC are now going to be inspecting our services. I felt that the training was very informative as with change comes anxiety for many. We learnt things about the evidence that need to have ready. We now feel a bit more confident in out ability to get our service inspection ready!

The content was very good

The content was very good, very helpful, however it was overwhelming. Would have thought this could be spread over more time and bring sample audits forms.

EXCELLENT SUMMARY OF WHAT PROVIDERS CAN EXPECT UNDER THE CQC'S NEW INSPECTION REGIME

A lot of very useful ground was covered in a well organised and well delivered webinar.
The presenter was extremely knowledgeable and came across as both relaxed and authoritative, expertly splitting the copious amounts of material up into bite-sized sections, while fielding the many questions raised with patience and humour.
Despite this being a dry and daunting subject, the time just flew by!
