Why has Warburtons sliced white bread got an after taste

Just plain awful. In contrast to real, dry-baked springy bread, this entry-level supermarket "bread" is doughy. Just like other steam-baked loaves and rolls, this wangy is a poor excuse for bread.

Warburtons toastie bread does not fit in the average toaster . believe it or not IT "DOESNT FIT IN A TOASTER" !!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH

After many years of myself and my family eating warburtons family white medium loaf we have decided we can no longer pay as much as £1.55 per loaf, when jonathan Warburton seems to be flouting the hard earned money we pay for a loaf on 4 A list movie stars at £5.3 million pounds each for a 2 minute advert. Why wasnt this money used to lower the price of a loaf or give his staff a bonus in these very hard times, it is a though he has lost touch with real world.For this reason we will no longer be buying warburtons bread.

First time I tried this bread I hated. Several years later we tried it again and guess what it still is horrible.

I have noticed the warbertons white sliced has shrunk it used to be half an inch proud in the toaster now its level.

The wrapper is awful on the toastie loaf and is never properly sealed. Will not buy again until the problem is sorted.

the tosty loaf the raper on it bad the back seam is not fastened together it goes off fast becaus its not sealed up some one els has put this on and its still the same i through half a loaf away every time it goes hard or off what are your q/control doing on the line it does not mater what shop you get it from all the same

I am always hunting for naan bread in shops that I like and I have found them- yes they are square however I put butter n garlic on mine in airfryer - and bosh this is the best. It’s also good naked - good job love them

They are just a rip-off, smaller load quality has dropped and the price has gone up. I will never buy Warburtons again. £2.10 a loaf.

Been buying Warburton's products across the range for years! the taste is not what it used to be and I blame this on the soya. Don't want that in my bread, so I have swopped to another brand....mind you it is not easy as they are all at it with soya and also palm oil, both very bad for you. Won't buy again.

I often feed the swans on the river & the seagulls join in. Last week I took Warburton's gluten free tiger bloomer to feed them. The swans ate it & spat it out straight away & the seagulls could see that it wasn't edible from 20 feet up & didn't go near it (they eat vomit off the footpath tho). Whatever it is, it is not food.

The best bread in the world ! Farmhouse white been eating for years ! Will never change crumpets the best ! Wow !🤩

Half the size it was tough and dry and tasteless,very disappointed,have enjoyed in the past,no more

I love Warburtons - Toastie loaves, Farmhouse loaves and Crumpets. All of them! Also love Warburtons adverts on telly. Sooooo funny.

Love the bread when ya first buy it. Next day its rock-hard becouse of the packaging. It tares leaves holes init with sends the bread hard

This bread is not toastie bread, its is more like a medium loaf now, and it doesn't fit in toaster, won't be buying again

Quality is really poor and most of the cheaper supermarket own brands are better. Why sell bread as thick sliced when it is medium at best

Bagles don't bother lacking in cinnamon and raisens have better bagles hardly any raisens lack of cinnamon needs more to the range put some more passion into it
