The 3 tier fruit basket arrived in excellent condition. It looks exactly as in website. Very happy about the purchase.

it took three days to receive an email for confirmation of transaction, lousy customer service, i called customer service three times during business hours nobody picked up. i will never use wasserstrom again.

I ordered some organizational items and they are GREAT!
I received 2 hanging sweater organizers and 2 XL zip lock storage containers! I like the zip lock storage containers so much better than the vaccum bags! Those always seem to deflate!

Received my Induction Cooker and it actually had words incorrectly spelled on them?

Although one of the items I ordered was out of stock and a portion of the order was incorrectly sent both problems were immediately taken care of in an extremely efficient manner. I would definately use this company again and would recommend it to anyone.

I looked for the small pizza pans for quite some time. I wanted them for grandchildren's birthdays to make "pizzokokies" -- they love having their own serving! I was delighted to finally find them. They arrived as promised with no problems and seem to be good quality -- just what I was looking for!

I wanted things they had. I gave them money for the things they had and they sent those things to me. This made their things into my things. It was pretty straightforward.

ps. - the government took some of my money, too, although they didn't send me any of their things.

The processing and delivery were fast.

Got what I expected -- just faster than I expected.

I wish I had written down the name of the woman I talked to in customer service. She was excellent!
I received the wrong item. The rep quickly figured out the problem and then expedited a correct replacement in amazing time.

I ordered the strainer "cup" for our Hamilton Beach coffee pot that makes one cup or a full pot. Although the numbers matched, on my model the hole is in the middle of the strainer cup but the ones sent to me were at one side, not in the middle.. By taking one sent me I was able to take a part from it and use it on my broken one.

Glass took longer than expected to arrive. Once they got here (undamaged) I was very satisfied. They were as described. Heavy and large. I'm happy with my purchase and their customer service.

The picture of the steak plates I ordered is stunning. What I received was not what is described online. Not happy with spending $150 on steak plates with a plastic liner when it's advertised to be a wood liner.

I was completely satisfied with the quality of the products I ordered. They were also delivered on time.

We had a minor issue and Wasserstrom resolved it immediately, I would do business with them without any hesitation.
