Cheaper and easier
The salt turned up on time and was noticeably cheaper than buying direct from Harvey for the exact same product. The delivery team were also very friendly. An added bonus is the bags came individually rather than boxed as packs of 5 weighing over 20kg so much easier handle.

Cheaper and better than harvey
Cheaper and better than harvey. The salt arrived with no damage. The guy who delivered name Dave sent a text message that items have been delivered. If you order with Harvey the DPD courier doesnt really care if item is damage.

HI,
Delivery time is 5 working days minimum and you ordered on the 26th, so delivery will be with you shortly. I will email you directly
Poor delivery times
Was told delivery would be within 7 days but it moved to 8 days and was not informed till I rang up,waited in on the 8th day and buy 1900hrs texted only to be told it would now be on the 9th day , No apology, no refund will be very wearie if I use again.what I meant by refund was if I hadn't of contacted you i would of been none the wiser for change of delivery so then to change my plans to cater for your change of delivery schedule which put me out a good will gesture would of been nice .

Hi Joe,
I can only apologise as all our salt is delivered by courier and work on 7 days normally for it to be delivered. For some reason this was not the case for you but we kept in contact throughout.
Not sure why you would require a refund as you have your Salt delivered.
Further response:
We use an external courier and were not notified of any delay in the delivery until you called and we then check and confirmed the later delivery date. I again apologise that it was 9 days instead of seven days delivery time as we aim to make sure all orders are delivered within a week of ordering.

Feel like this wasn't a very fair review as we pride ourselves on helping our customer from start to finish of an order.
Sometimes delivers can be delayed through no fault of our own but we make sure to keep our customers informed throughout and have no record of emails or calls to say you had a problem.
