Good BUT …… delivered treatment plant…

Good BUT …… delivered treatment plant quick enough but promised a delivery date/ time and received neither? This meant my poor wife had to help the driver with the very large and heavy item into the driveway when I was at work. May have been an oversight but communication is key

Hi Tom,

Apologies Ive just seen your Trust Pilot score.

I wasn't made aware my the courier that the tank was going to be delivered late, I will certainly take this up with them as I quite agree communication is key.

Hope you have a good weekend

Kind Regards
