Iâve ordered through online and asked for pick up order since I had travel plan two days after. After placing order, Iâve waited for an hour or so, but havenât received pick up ready email. So I called customer service and also Soho boutique, explained how I really want to have my watch before trip so that I can have it on my wrist while Iâm traveling. Watch is as beautiful as I knew it would be and the shipping was phenomenal. The included camo NATO strap wasn't in the package. I had to email and notify WOS that it was missing. They quickly shipped it to me and took care of the issue. I feel as if I only received the band because I knew it was supposed to be included. I recently purchased a surprise Birthday watch as a gift for my husband. The watch was not to his liking and the gifting ended up being stressful.
