£25 so no doubt I will be buying more straps in the future from

It is rare to find a small real service orientated business that ‘just nails it ‘ Here is one !! - Watch obsession do what they say, great straps and products, great service, magnificent packaging and distribution - and the main thing the straps they offer are seriously good quality. Now on my second strap and have upgraded to Hirsch Performance - leather with rubber back - sounds odd but delivers like a dream - smart on the outside, stable and comfortable on the inside - thanks Watch Obsession .....

Just purchased a very nice Alligator strap. I had several questions which were answered within a few hours. Received the strap the next day. I have a JLC Alligator strap in black already on the watch , The Hirsch strap is excellent at a fraction of the JLC price. Highly recommended .

As a watch collector I have always used this company until today. I purchased a strap 11 days ago only to find it had gone on sale with 20% off, so I purchased one to send the other back because it was for a project build on a watch that I hadn't even started and so hadn't even been out of the packet. When I called I spoke to the owner of the company who told me I was a p*ss taker for doing this. When I got angry for him calling me a p*ss taker he then slammed the phone down on me. I dont know what planet this guy lives on or why he thinks he can speak to people like this without that customer becoming angry but I certainly will never spend money with this company ever again.

I brought a Hirsch Pusher clasp and had a minor fitment issue, I phoned up requesting help,
Phone was picked up swiftly by Betty. Very helpful and professional, who was most helpful with my issues. A full refund was offered and I took them up on it, and ordered 2 Hirsch Sport Clasp which are doing a great job. Will definitely recommend and use again, very happy

Just had a Hirsch pusher clasp replaced and returned under warranty. Prompt attention and excellent customer service at all stages from Betty. Highly recommend the product, the supplier and the individual who dealt with my enquiry. Easily 5 stars... :-)

I recently bought a Hirsch Sport clasp. The wrong size arrived and messaged Matthew straight away. He sent the correct size that day and also said I keep the other clasp if I had use for it. He also included a clasp they don’t sell for me so I could check to see if it worked with a strap, which he also said I could keep. His customer service is outstanding.

What more can you say? They are an excellent company do deal with and will bend over backwards to make sure things are delivered on time. This is not the first time I have used them and it will definitely not be my last!

This a fantastic company to purchase from. I live in Denmark and buy watch straps from them. They have a massive selection of very good quality straps. They are reasonable with their pricing both compared to Denmark and to the top quality they offer. They are very service minded. They ship fast. I enjoy buying from them and can recommend them to anyone with interest in watches and straps.

Fabulous looking strap, lots of simple presence. The gold brown looks great on my fairly old and battered Christopher Ward.

Great company with quality product AND customer service. My first purchase with Watch Obsession was super smooth. The watch strap is beautiful and sturdy and overall good quality leather so he wanted me to order a few more leather straps in other colors. Once we received the new straps he did notice the clasps were different than the first strap purchased and they didn't quite fit right. Their customer service was incredibly helpful to figure out what clasps could go on which strap and we figured out a process in which we would return the straps and they would switch out the clasps...yadayadayada...it was WAY faster than I imagined and I'm really happy with this company and would definitely recommend if looking for quality leather straps

I can't rate this company highly enough. I've been buying from them for 5 or so years; everything from nato straps up to an Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch and they always deliver the best service, amazing personal communication and a wonderful curated selection of straps and accessories.

This time round I purchased their Tanner Bates leather nato, based I think on an exclusive collaboration they have with tanner Bates. This looks and feels suburb and every bit as good (if not better) than some of the pricey leather nato's you can buy elsewhere.

Bought a Hirsch PURE orange to put my Planet Ocean large on. It arrived the next day and looks fantastic.

On September 25, I ordered a Omega Brown Alligator 19 mm wide strap. The strap was delivered and I was shocked to find the strap in an cellofan bag, written on the labal 20 mm wide strap, and the strap in the bag looking black. The label was a mistake, on the back side of the strap is written 19 mm. But the strap but the strap removed from the bag is very different from the original one, the original is shiny and definitive brown, and the received strap is definitive dark, almost black looking and matte. It does not give the original look!

... and, thank you for your answer after three month(!), but I know, I see, the strap, you have sold me, very - very different from the original Omega one! And the costumer service is terrible. No more WatchObsession!

Have used WatchObsession five times now over the past year and have been very happy with the level of service each time. Once I mistakenly ordered an incorrect item but a quick email exchange with customer services had the issue quickly sorted and without fuss. They have a great range of watch straps and accessories, as well as watches themselves. Recommended.
