Chris B has been extremely helpful - picked up on the comment I left with my order and advised that the strap and clasp I ordered wouldn't work together. Fast forward a few emails (with me being indecisive) and he sorted everything for me, and was patient the whole time.

I needed a new strap for my old Avia watch. The website was easy to navigate and there was a great choice of straps - with plenty of detail to identify the one I needed. The delivery was swift and the product well packaged.

Bought an Omega Speedmaster from Watch Obsession.
Great to deal with Mathew and Gary. Always replying to my emails and keeping me updated.
They managed to get my watch to me before Christmas on a short time frame.

Finding the site was my first stroke of luck, the website and selection is incredible , I had to limit myself to buying 7 items 😬, considering the time of year I expected to receive my goods after Christmas but deliver was faster than a 'Rat up a drainpipe ' !
I would have rated 6 stars had there been that option , well done watchobsession 👌👍

Ordered a replacement divers strap after browsing the extensive selection on Watch Obsession site, couldn't decide between a Hirsch or ISOfrane, went with ISOfrane in the end and it arrived the next day - very pleased with quality, would recommend.

Large range of very good quality products and very well dispatched and timely. Like a hard to find shop, this is a simply excellent online shop for watch things.

Needed another strap for my watch having ordered from Watch Obsession several years ago. Unable to find the same strap but customer service was excellent as they guided me through very similar straps as I had previously ordered.
