In this universe trust is key. This company and Kingsley in particular are top notch. He and the company are about solutions. I bought a rare GS asia edition sight unseen and through various trials and travails had to send a friend to collect due to travel/tariff/shipping challenges.
Flawless experience. The communications were on point and photos, product and expectations exceeded. Buy without worry.

WatchOutz has earned my trust and they place customer satisfaction and clear communication at the top of their list, as was evident in my dealings with Kingsley, who provided continuous updates and relevant information throughout the purchase and shipment process in a clear and courteous manner. Kingsley also provided photographs of the actual watch and sizing of the bracelet, and took the time to answer my various questions about the timepiece and also addressed all of my questions on shipping, insurance, and timing of delivery. Kingsley went far above and beyond what I would consider “good” customer service and instead provided what I consider “best in class” customer service! Absolutely thrilled with the level of customer satisfaction that Kingsley and the WatchOutz team provided to me and would not hesitate to highly recommend this company for anyone who might be on the fence. Shipping was on time, notified to me by Kingsley ahead of delivery, packing was excellent with attention to detail paid, and the watch was sized for me perfectly with spare links placed into a small ziploc pouch and even the protective film was reapplied to the bracelet after sizing per my instructions, to prevent any scratches. Wholly unnecessary as the package was padded and braced and bubble wrapped thoroughly, but still one of many shining examples of how closely this company pays attention to the smallest of details and provides the very best buying experience for the customer.

Was shipped whatever was currently available not what was purchased
Ordered a pair of watches back in December 2024 at the time of the order the Japanese domestic market version of the watch was shown clearly on watchoutz web page. Three months later the watches finally arrive and they are the global/us version. I specifically paid more and was willing to wait because I ordered from a Japanese company thinking I was getting the Japanese version of the watch. I could have purchased the US version months earlier and for nearly $200 less. Very disappointed.

I shipped my watch via FedEx and they…
I shipped my watch via FedEx and they were the absolute worst in handling it, but WatchOutz kept communicating with me and with FedEx HK, until my local FedEx branch stopped the bullshit and shipped me my watch. WatchOutz even refunded me the extra fees charged by FedEx for the entire trouble they made us go through.
I would a 100% order from them again just for their service, hopefully from a country where the local FedEx doesn’t have issues.

Exceptionally well packaged, the watch arrived in its original package with all pertaining papers. Got this package quicker than a package i ordered from the UK the same day (delivered to Sweden), so it was almost stupid fast. Would shop here again!

Was hesitant to buy online but Kingsley walked me thru the process the watch was delivered quickly and very securely packaged the included instructions were in Chinese which wasn’t too helpful agree with another review that the $85 delivery fee is excessive

Quick communication and delivery
Communications and delivery were quick. It took less than 5 days to deliver to Washington state. The watch was in excellent condition and well protected; and the box was in excellent condition. Looking forward to my next purchase with Watch Outz. I would buy from here again.

Purchased my first watch from “Watch…
Purchased my first watch from “Watch Outz” after years of looking at their collection. Couldn’t have had a better experience with James. His response time was amazing and his ability to answer all of my questions was great. Once I purchased from them, I received my watch very fast considering I was in the states.
