4 days to wait for a call or email back after no reply from their main sales email or phone number!

Told me he'd appreciate to change my 1 star review… no chance.

**UPDATE:
The plot thickens, a week later the watch has arrived in the UK. He called me to say he was taking of the stickers so he could take a photo for me? Excuse me? No thanks…. bizarre.

I got the watch today which was a great relief, however things got very messy when I could not activate the warranty. Rick tells how there is a delay on the warranty activation, which I accepted and was happy to wait. He then messaged me to try again… it didn’t work. At this point I was happy to wait 24 hours!

An hour or so pass and Rick calls me to tell me that this was not actually how it works, his tone was arrogant and aggressive, rather than being reassuring he was just talking down to me. He’s been working with watches 40 years and I should stick to “buying” watches and let him “sell” them.

His story was the AD registers the warranty and I should just “take my watch to Breitling” and they will “check it for me”. I got in touch directly and luckily Breitling were going to check it all out with the factory in CH…

While I was waiting, I got another message from Rick, and miraculously it was all working and I could register the watch… Somehow this was all my fault and I am problem! Lovely customer service and Ricks last comments were “maybe you just should have waited before jumping to assumptions” … nice guy.

An absolute crock start to finish, I have no idea what kind of operation they are running there but if you want a proper watch buying process and not be guilt tripped into feeling like they are doing you a favour for getting a good price on a luxury watch. Then please research your vendors / dealers more and do not get greedy like I did.

Nice and easy transaction, prompt courteous responses.

Would definitely consider using again

A first class quality service, communication and price for the watch. Postage and delivery was via DHL. Very well packaged. A very happy customer who would have no hesitation recommending the company and would have no hesitation returning to buy another watch from them. A totally stressless experience.

I recently bought my Vacheron Constantin and dealt with Rick who kept me updated throughout the purchase. I am really happy with the watch, the price and the service provided. I have already asked Rick to source my next timepiece :) and would certainly recommend.

Great service and communication from Maxim and the team when I was purchasing my Omega 300M Diver. By far the cheapest one I could find so I was very happy.

I have recently been looking for a watch as a 50th birthday treat. I have been admiring the Omega Aqua Tera World Timer for some time but knew it was not so easy to get hold of. I was recommended Watch Philosophy by a friend and they have been excellent. The watch was sourced immediately but took about 4 weeks to arrive. The wait was worth it as the watch is excellent and I feel I bought it for a good price. Everyone I dealt with were very efficient and accommodating. Give them a try.

Searched long and hard for a Breitling Superocean 44 for my son's 21st and found it at Watch Philosophy and dealt through Maxim. Was nervous about buying on the internet but had sold some watches through Chrono24 and found it a good site. Needn't have worried, payment was secure and watch arrived in just over 2 weeks as promised. Lovely watch which I'm sure my son will love also, perfect condition. Great service, thank you Maxim, will definitely buy from again when in the market for a new watch.

So I had abit of a longer wait than anticipated largely due to custom changes brought on by Brexit. I was kept up-to-date by Rick and the Omega 300m was worth the wait at a great price. Would use again .
