Great company, products and service. Always very patient, knowledgeable and helpful when I ask questions, plus a quick and reliable delivery service. One of the best companies I've used via the internet.

I discussed with the guy there my problem and he was very knowledgeable about the product I required. He was very helpful and explained what I needed and I felt confident with the project I need to do.

Great service. Amazingly knowledgeable. Bradley really wanted to understand what we were trying to achieve before recommending any products. The company they use are also superb thankfully not DPD or DHL.

The member of staff I spoke to on the telephone tracked my original order and advised me that the pump I had was no longer available as a separate item, made an alternative recommendation.

Purchased pond filter to reduce splashing and deaden the sound from our blade waterfall, after reading some tips I bought a piece of pond filter and now there is barely any splash from the waterfall and the sound is much more pleasant.

We bought a swimming pool pump from Water-Garden last summer. When we opened up the pool in the spring, everyone mentioned it was very noisy. So I took a video, sent it to Bradley, who said he would send it to the manufacturer and try to get a replacement as it shouldn't be that noisy. Now we have a replacement pump that is roughly half the noise. It would have been easy for Bradley not to have done anything about it - it still worked after all but I was really impressed with the fairness and speed of response. Fantastic customer service

Had the spare part I needed. Contacted customer service via live chat as I input my email address incorrectly, they found my order and assured me it was on its way.

Found what we wanted on line.after a phone call the help and technical knowledge was excellent. Drove down to meet the supplier and was given a demo of the product's and lots of advice. Fitted the diffuser system our selves and a phone call for a query answer was sorted. Very helpful and friendly.

Pump and waterfall look great but I wasn’t happy that they didn’t have plugs or anything to connect to the electrics

What an amazing company. Called early in the morning and the phone was answered straight away. Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable person who answered enables me to have the confidence I was purchasing the correct item, without making me feel I should be spending more money than necessary. Then to top it all, matched an online price from another company. What a service. Would recommend to anyone who needs pond equipment or advice.
