Great service, I received a sealed from manufactuer pc case with some slight damage, I sent it back and no- nonsense, no drama got a replacement within the week.

Not Watercoolings fault but great service.

Super Item. No problems so far. Everything working as it should. Highly Recommend Watercooling.co.uk. Had already purchased from their website and their ebay page. Always a good experience. Good delivery time as well!

Shipping incorrect items.

Ordered a Laing DDC 1T, the company shipped a different pump and with a cover to make it look like the ordered item.

They also used the official packaging for the item ordered even though it was not the official item within.

Buyer beware

I ordered a part from them that was showing that they had loads in stock. I paid for royal mail 48hour shipping at my own expense. Inthej checked on the order and realised that for some reason it takes them a week to dispatch the item that that says they have in stock. As a result I have cancelled the order and ordered from somewhere else (that sells the same part, cheaper with free shipping and a reasonable delivery date) and received and email cancelling my order and not explaining why it takes them so long to take the part of their selves and send it out.

I've bought from WCUK a couple of times. They have some pretty niche stuff, always well-priced, and in my experience if an item is out of stock it is soon back in stock. My deliveries have always arrived well-packed, on time, and by a reliable courier.

I have not used WCUK since 2016 as they managed to mess up 5 orders in a row in one year.
No explanation or apology.

Last year, two orders in 3 months without any major issues, but I only used WCUK as a very last resort of desperation but now with my recent experience I have washed my hands of them.

1. The only notification I received, other than my order had been accepted, was from RoyalMail to say they had received my order and it was on the way.
Where is the communication from WCUK regarding order processing? This is an ongoing problem for many years now.

2. The reviews on their website are cherry picked, and quite possibly fake, as they all originate from Google reviews (unverified) and Amazon.
They have also now included their own review system on their website, and like before, with cherry picked reviews of which many of them read the same and like fake.

3. Their website stock is misleading or highly inaccurate. 3 items I ordered showed as "+100" stock but I still had to wait nearly a week, this includes if I ordered express. My guess is that they left this vague due to external stock sourcing i.e. +100 stock with the supplier and not in their own warehouse or they are having a lot of financial problems.
Read their term and conditions was quite surprising and concerning.

I really wouldn't consider using Watercooling UK unless you're picking up directly from the store itself and always get an email confirmation of the available stock beforehand.

I do suspect this company will file bankruptcy in the near future.

Only used WCUK a couple of times up to now, and this time following a Royal Mail delivery issue (Were RM delivered to the wrong address.)
I needed to get in touch with WCUK, who tried their very best to assist. In the end offering me a replacement order which was awesome.

Order process was fine. Customer support isnt great. Keep asking to speak to someone but only get limited emails back. Recent email was ignored. Left me having to find help from overclockers tech support who even though they didnt sell this item they quickly found out the issue and helped me..

Ordered a few things from WCUK and the service, delivery and range of products for custom water cooling is second to none. Would 100% recommend and will be shopping here again for future products.

They sell used items with the mark "B-grade", and only after you receive the item, you will find out what it means B-grade

Every order from this company is fulfilled fast and efficient and on the odd occasion where they had to wait for an item I was informed and got the choice for a refund. Top customer service which is rare these days.I have ordered a lot from this company and have never been dissatisfied. I tried once this company instead of ocuk or scan.... What a mistake. They showed items in stock. Ordered, paid, no delivery. Contacted them week after to receive answer they don't have my item in stock. No apologies, no contact...

it took over one week and over 20 emails to communicate with sales, to send the shipment via royal mail instead of DPD. I was told it'll cost an extra 15£+VAT (why vat? anyway) because royal mail apparently has a 2.5kg per box limit. I've accepted the payment paid for it and got a box full of everything I have ordered, and two days after that I got a single "delivery" with the extra pipe (40cm by G1/4...)

Yes in the end I did get charged 19 for something that's delivered roughly 2 weeks after initial contact. (I start the clock from initial contact because with any other communication tool this order would've taken 3-4 minutes to process instead of 10 days of back and forth)

Bought the DA2 V2 itx case. Competitive pricing and fast delivery, I will be using this website in the future.

I’ve made two orders recently and both have been excellent experiences. This company stocks more obscure parts for water cooling that I couldn’t find anywhere else, which has been a huge help for my project. While the prices are a bit higher, it’s well worth it for the availability and reliability. Both orders arrived the very next day, securely packaged and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be using them again.
