The service and team are great but there is a certain model of power supply they sell which I have purchased several times and three have failed. Such is my lack of confidence in this model that I've contacted other customers of mine and offered to replace them at cost to myself.

Lorsque je fais un ticket à cette société pour leur informé de cette taxe il me répond qu'il y a une case a cocher sur les termes de taxes douanières sur la page du panier. Je leur réponds avec des screenshots de leur site qu'il n'y a pas de case a cocher et ni les termes d'afficher lorsque qu'on commande depuis la fiche produit en tant qu'invité et là plus de réponse. Surtout acheteurs / acheteuses européens, si vous n'habitez pas en Angleterre, allez ailleurs, car cette société n'est pas honnête et fait le mort quand vous leur prouvez qu'ils ont tort.

Order made as a guest, I receive the package (2 90° watercooling connections), and there I am asked to pay 13€ for an order of 24€. When I send a ticket to this company to inform them of this tax, they tell me that there is a box to check on the terms of customs taxes on the basket page. I answer them with Screenshots of their site that there is no box to check and neither the terms to display when you order then the product sheet as a guest and there no more response. Especially European buyers, if you don't live in England go elsewhere as this company is not honest and plays dead when you prove them wrong.

As described and was delivered on time. Prompt service and will definitely shop here again.

Had an issue with using a payment method at the checkout so I sent an email, and received a response within half an hour. Super impressive service and Tom was quick to resolve the issue and send out an alternative method so it could be resolved quickly. Used these guys lots and couldn't recommend them enough

Faultless experience, unfortunately my son go the wrong part for his case and so we had to return the ordered. Absolutely no hassle return and communication was really professional and pleasant throughout.

Purchased an EK-Quantum Vector2 Trio RTX 3080/90 ABP Set D-RGB and some Thermal grizzly Kryonaut Extreme thermal paste as I was building a rig for my sons 16th birthday.

Ordered a Jonsbo N3 case for a new build. It arrived with next-day delivery - great service. The case is excellent, just what I was looking for - highly recommended. Both WaterCoolingUK and the Jonsbo N3 case.

Placed order in time for Christmas delivery. Ordered from website and item shown as in stock. Delivery date passed and no updates. 10 days after the delivery date I was told the item was not in stock and there was no restock due any time soon. I had to chase them to find this out.
Basically I was misled about availability and delivery. Kept in the dark about an issue/problem. In fact the only positive was the speed of the refund.
