Water Features 2 Go レビュー 

In the last week I retrieved our water feature and solar panel/light/pump arrangement from storage and expected it all to work on hook-up.
It had been charged as instructed for the winter before being put away. Unfortunately after charging the battery/solar panel unit from the mains using the transformer supplied, the only thing I could get to operate was the LED ring. The pump failed to rotate at all, and even the light hen failed to operate after I had explored the condition of the battery - which appears to be okay.
The unit is just a few weeks out of warranty and despite my best efforts I was not even offered any reduction on a replacement unit - which I must admit I would have been somewhat reluctant to re-purchase again anyway - but also the organisation offered no technical support or repairs.
The moral of the story is if you do buy a solar powered water feature make sure that you try it out within the 1 year warranty period. That way you may be ale to get a replacement. And don't expect any sort of technical back-up.
I feel that given the unit was put away for the winter and out of use then a 1 year guarantee is less than ought to have been provided.
I am now left with a garden feature that we quite like, but it isn't a water feature anymore.

Do not order from this company. I brought a water feature for my friend as a birthday present. It arrived on time. My friend waited till I visited several weeks later to help set up. Worked once then not again. Received a replacement pump. Same thing happened. To return you have to arrange for your own carrier and pay for it up front (allowance of £14.99) they will then test it to decide if faulty. I now have to travel back down to My friends to arrange return. I doubt I will ever see a full refund. Avoid buying from them.

My daughter bought a water feature for my Christmas present. It was kept in the box until a few weeks ago. I set it up and it worked for a couple of days. The motor stopped working. The solar panel also became detached from back and stopped working. I phoned the number on website and got through to Water features. Com. I spoke to a lady, she didn’t know if they were the same company as Waterfeatures2go. After checking she said they were and she would send me an email with regards to replacement parts. That was weeks ago and nothing has been sent. I have tried phoning the company but always get answer machine. Since then the water feature has begun to peel off leaving a cheap plastic underneath. I wish I had seen the reviews before my daughter purchased this water feature.total waste of money.

I did not know that the seller would have to wait to get my order from their supplier however all e mails were answered promptly, seller chased their suppler and arranged next day delivery for my order.
To me , that is excellent service and you can’t ask more than that.

Pre-ordered a water feature in June, due November. To date (18th Dec) has not arrived. Have emailed twice in the last month (19th of Nov & 8th Dec) to request an update for when delivery is expected and have not yet had a response. Have now opened a dispute with my bank to try and recover my money, especially as it wasn't a small amount. Avoid.

‘Hand carved by our skilled craftsmen’ and ‘slate’ - both feature in a description of a water feature… the items is bought in, not hand crafted in house and it’s made of cement! not slate.
Not very truthful that. I decided to stay well away.

Too many bad reviews, so be warned.

I ordered a replacement pump for our garden feature - "Lovers in the Rain" - Laura was most helpful and the pump arrived the following morning by the Postman.

Do not order from this company - wish I had read reviews before spending £300 on a water feature that supposedly had a 2 year guarantee. After only a few months use in warmer weather the top coat is peeling and item only works intermittently. I have been told my 2 year warranty is not covered as quoted by the company:

“As stated in our terms and conditions water features 2go shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, frost, negligence, lightning, the electrical supply, abnormal working conditions or the introduction of any water additives or materials not supplied by WF2GO. Paint peeling will occur if the fountain has been left outside in the frost and will not be covered by the warrant, also parts broken off the main body of a water feature while in use are usually caused by bad weather conditions or external factors and are not covered by the warranty.“

There is no warranty and the above is a get out clause not to take any responsibility for substandard items. They decide what is “fair wear and tear” not you.

Simply avoid and find a supplier that is honest and will offer you a solution to faulty items. They also pay for Feevoo membership where it looks like they have a high level of customer satisfaction.

Utter joke. product says in stock on line and 2-3 day delivery time. Rang them after a week to be told it may be in next week and they will send out so how is this 'In stock'. Avoid this company and go to a reputable place

Simple ordering system on website .
Paid for next day delivery and item arrived as promised next day .
Staff extremely helpful, and answered questions promptly

Placed an order for a water feature and then read a few of the reviews so was a bit hesitant. However, needn’t have worried! Unfortunately, the base arrived damaged so I sent off an email and photo and was told a replacement would be sent out that day. Have received nothing but 100% amazing customer service from Laura, with constant email updates. The replacement arrived yesterday, can’t wait to see it all up and running. Thank you so much for a brilliant service 100% satisfied customer here !

You are an utter joke of a company, constant lies about delivery when a product is in stock and says on 2 day delivery been waiting a month now. lied to that’s it’s at the depot to then be told that you havent got the grids in stock. Was called about delivery today and lo and behold it hasn’t turned up. Joke company don’t use them

We purchased a solar Autumn Cascade water feature from this company in June 2022, used for three months during the summer months then cleaned/dried, covered up and stored in the garage/house over the winter and spring.
We got the water feature out last week to find it covered in rust - considering this is meant to be copper I’m shocked at the state/quality of the product when it’s been carefully looked after.

Sent an email straight away (Thursday 1st June) which received no response, called on Friday (2nd June) to be told the manager was looking at my query and she’d reply to my email, again nothing so I’ve sent another email and am currently being ignored (Monday 5th June).

Will be looking into consumer rights and contacting the bank to seek a refund as this company does not take your issues seriously.

Bad experience. Product failed after a year . Support non existent. Don’t care. Poor service. Would not use again.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t honour warranty. Be warned. Any problems they will just ignore you.

My solar water feature, which looks great, was delivered on time and when I had an issue with the solar panel I received a new one to replace it, great service.
Laura was really helpful and great to deal with.

Really should be 0 stars. Bought two water features in April 2022, only used for a few months and put into dry storage for Autumn and Winter. Got them out of storage and covered in rust. Contacted the company who said the rust was because of limescale then said it was frost and bad weather condition. Sent a letter to them advising the water features were not fit for purpose. Ignored my letter and my consumer rights.
