Couldn’t rate this product or purchasing experience higher. Service excellence at its best. Water feature was a birthday gift for my mum. It’s stunning and arrived beautifully wrapped. Couldn’t be more delighted. Thank you.

This is a great company to deal with and are very approachable and will rectify any problems. Would recommend.

Despite reading some bad reviews on this company, we ordered a water feature and it was delivered the following day as promised. It is up and running and it looks good.
Great service and no complaints.

I have been in touch with Louise on several occasion and also Laura concerning the water feature I ordered from their company.
I must give very high praise to Louise who responded very quickly, and answered a small problem I had with a very positive response. I would thoroughly recommend this company, due to the fact that Louise was prepared to go the extra mile for her customers. Well Done Louise.

The water feature was three months late, not the original I order. It was faulty went it arrived. Very poor quality produce, appalling customer service. Don't make the same mistake, shop elsewhere.

Purchased an Aqua Creations Maria water feature late 2020. It has never seen frost (garaged) or had any impact (sat on a decked area) but the base created an hairline crack, due to very poor build quality, 2 weeks ago and started to leak. The item came with a Aqua Creations 1 year guarantee and a Water Features 2 Go extended further 1 year guarantee. Great I thought, but when I sent a photo to Aqua Creations they said it was not covered under the guarantee and Water Features 2go didn't want to refund on their waste of space guarantee. I got a £50 refund from Water Features on an item that was not fit for purpose and had 18 months guarantee on it. DO NOT purchase any Aqua Creations goods has the build quality is shockingly poor and stay well clear of Water Features 2 Go as they are shady, and their guarantees aren't worth the paper they are written on. NEVER again will I deal with any of these two companies.

Very helpful customer services and very obliging. Sent a replacement pump out overnight and was working perfectly the next day after the original didn't want to work.

The item I ordered arrived as per picture. However, it didn't work. After telephoning backwards and forwards, being sent a new solar panel, the item still didn't work despite the pump working and I asked to return it and be refunded. They said this would have to be done at my own expense. (It is a large item). Having contacted CAB about this they said it was (under the Consumer Act) their responsibility to pay for returns. More to-ing and fro-ing which went on for too long and, from them, no acceptance of responsibility whatsoever. I called in, at my own expense, someone to take this water feature apart and they found - having cut the tube from the pump to water outlet (something that should not have to be done) - that the hose was completely blocked inside with the silicone fixing the hose to the water outlet. Thus no water egress would ever have been possible and was sloppy workmanship. Hope that's clear. I let them know I had to pay for someone to come in and they still carried on with lots of words denying any legal responsibility, clearly hoping I would simply fade away. As I have a life to live without having to endlessly send emails I did let it go, but people should know this company is NOT reliable and doesn't abide by the rules put in place by the Consumer Act and our rights. They use clever words but the goods should simply have been picked up and a refund made without further ado. Will never buy from this company again. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Or good customer relations?

Never again. We should have trusted some of the previous reviews. This company is slippery as we discovered to our cost. You will not receive a refund regardless of your attempts to comply with their “terms”. We assume the same applies to their alter egos waterfeatures.com and DIY2GO.

I ordered a water feature which was showing as in stock.
Ordered and paid and funds taken immediately.
This was not a cheap water feature! £400!

I received a confirmation of my order and informed I would here again when the item was dispatched.
As this item was in stock, I expected it to be dispatched within a couple of days.
A week later I still hadn't heard from them. So I contacted them. They replied a day later reporting that they they are hoping to have it delivered within 7 to 14 days. (This is despite it being in stock)
14 days later, still no dispatch email. So I contact them again... And receive the same standard email, that they hope to have it delivered within 10-14 days!
At this point, I opened a case through PayPal to retrieve my money back for non arrival of goods..... And because it seems like either a dodgy company or just a really poor excuse of one.
My PayPal refunded was processed, but water features 2 go paid by eCheck. Meaning the funds will not clear for 2 weeks! Despite the company having had my money for a nearly a month already.
PayPal reports that e-checks are used when there are not enough funds in the account and there is no card/bank details linked to the PayPal account.
This again leads me to believe this is not a legitimate site!
Still waiting fo my refund to clear!
In the meantime found a much nicer product for half the price elsewhere!

Waterfeatrues2go is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Having spent over £700 on a water feature just prior to the first lockdown in 2020, we discovered that the metal finish was damaged when we eventually unpacked it to have it fitted during the summer after lockdown. Due to it’s position, the damage could only have occurred during the manufacturing process. We were told by the company that since we had bought it several months earlier they would not replace or repair it!
We had no choice but to keep the water feature since it had cost so much money and we had it professionally installed during last summer. This February the water pump failed. We returned the pump to the company (at our own expense) since it was within the 12 month warranty period. We were told that since the wire had been cut and the plug removed - the warranty was void.
We had had the water feature professionally installed and the power cord jointed within an epoxy joint - the only way the installation could work. The only option to remove the failed pump was to cut the wire. The managing director/owner of the company has failed to reply to my correspondence. The water feature is unfit for purpose.
I have found this company to be totally disreputable. I would never give them my business in the future.

Excellent product from an excellent company. Terrific communication, water feature delivered next day, very well packed and worked first time. Couldn't be more pleased.

Wasted almost £400 on a water feature that falls over even in a slight puff of breeze. Offered a bag of pebbles to weigh it down but was never sent them. It is not made properly and customer service was appalling no return call had to keep chasing. Said no fault with item although there are holes in the base there is no way to secure the top to it he base so all you have is a bag of small shale to stop it falling over.such a waste of money and am very annoyed with the waste of money. I note they don’t sell it anymore, what a give away!

Very happy with the service I received. My order was price matched. I ordered a cascade fountain. It arrived a little late but wasn't a problem although I did have to chase its whereabouts. Had a little damage on arrival but customer service were straight on to it and ordered me a replacement part. Looks great. Just need some sunshine now to get the fountain pump working to full capacity. Thanks

I had a query about a purchase and spoke to Louise in customer care. She was attentive and caring and resolved my query. Always nice when a firm follows through with good customer care. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again

Ordered an item early this year and it arrived damaged so returned for a refund.
Very difficult to get replies to e mails but did eventually get refund.
Then had dispute with them because they had not refunded return postage costs, as per their T&Cs.
Have tried on many occasions to resolve issue but they refuse to answer e mails.
Even wrote to director of holding company but she did not even have the decency to reply.
Strongly advise to thing twice about buying anything from them

It is not often I put pen to paper but I feel it is totally appropriate when I am left wholly impressed with exceptional customer service. Yesterday I made contact and spoke to a very nice lady who listened to my issue and promised a resolution with no hesitation. The item arrived today before 9am and I cannot thank you enough. Where a lot of companies fail these days is in their inability to respond positively to customer concerns. This is certainly not the case with Waterfeatures2go and I am very grateful.

Ordered Chrome Sphere fountain Arrived quickly .Pump didn’t work, e-mailed next day and received instant reply from Laura, she was absolutely brilliant .Received package next day, wondered what it could be and hey presto new pump .
Plugged in and looks brilliant ,looking forward to nice summer nights where fountain on ,gives off great ambience.Have recommended to my friends

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the support staff at WF2G who kindly supplied a new transformer at no cost, and it was delivered the next day! Water feature is up and running and I can once again enjoy the soothing sound of running water whilst soaking up the late summer sunshine.:-)
