I brought a solar panel and pump from this company. The product did not work so I telephoned them to tell them I was returning the product...I was told that the panel had not had enough sunlight which was rubbish as it was the week of this year we had the first lot of sun for whole week and it was 23o degrees....so I agreed to do this. It still did not work another phone call....I was told they would not refund my money as it had been
USED.....!!!!! I WAS SHOCKED.....on packaging when received it says if any water runs through this product we will not refund. So I did not put pump in water but it did not vibrate when plugged into panel LOTS OF PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS - ONE ASKING ME TO PAY POSTAGE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS IT DOES WORK....£10.00 IN POSTAGE FOR £17 PRODUCT.... ALSO THEY SAID THEY WOULD WAIVE £10.00 ADMIN CHARGE FOR RETURNING PUMP ....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY......ORIGINAL FEATURE BROUGHT FROM PRIMROSE WHICH WERE SUPER. GOING TO INFORM RIP OF BRITAIN ABOUT WATERFEATURES2GO.CO.UK SO PLEASE JOIN ME IN DOING SO

I recently bought a water feature from yourselves and the item received was to a great standard.
Unfortunately on inspection it was missing a part from the pump.
I called the help line and followed this with an email as requested by the sales staff to show what i had received.
The missing item was packed, in the post and received two days later with no issues whatsoever.
Great service and a very nice product

From my first contact with Water Features 2 Go to setting up my new Forest Falls water feature I have had exemplary service. I initially contacted Kevin via the online chat with a query. He phoned me to clarify matters and then contacted his supplier re one query and phoned me back. The online ordering was straightforward. The delivery driver phoned me on the day prior to delivery and then again when he was a few minutes away. Setting up of the water feature was simplicity itself and the instructions were clear. I am delighted with my new acquisition and would have no hesitation in recommending both the water feature and Water Features 2 Go.

We bought our latest one in October 2015 from water features 2 Go. Big mistake! (We have had two similar water features from different companies, lasting 5 and 8 years, respectively, with no problems - despite temperatures sometimes well below freezing). We took precautionary measures with our 2 Go feature before frosts, covering with insulation then a waterproof cover (as we had with the previous two). We changed the water several times to avoid algae and frosts here by the sea are much less severe than at our previous locations. The ceramic globe was kept dry (so any additive is irrelevant). The globe developed cracks/chips on the top, not near the water, within 15 months. 2 Go say this is 'fair wear & tear' and 'we did not go by their terms & conditions' (which we never received in our original package and were supposed to check these online). They refuse point blank to give us any compensation - the globes are no longer available anyway. Do not purchase water features from water features 2 Go, unless you are prepared to dismantle & take inside during the winter as suggested by the company! Appalling customer service.

Having had my water feature operational from July to October, I can honestly say what a fabulous addition to my garden. I was a bit worried that because it was so light in weight it might be blown around in strong winds, but as soon as the water was poured in it became very heavy so I have had no problems. I also read reviews that stated some resin water features were very noisy when water fell into the reservoir, no such problems with mine. I have removed some of the water, taken out the pump and wrapped the water feature up with bubble wrap and it's cover for winter. Hopefully the remaining water will not freeze then split the resin when it thaws. Would recommend this company.

Sturdy manufacture. Pump slightly over-powerful on minimum setting leading to some splashing and overflow. However, this can be cured by restricting the output flow slightly. No set up instructions, but should not be a problem. In use all Summer 2016.

just the part we needed - working great now

Ordered an 800lpm solar pump. Product very robust, pump is small but well upto the job, very pleased with product, price and service. Would reccomend.

Did a lot of research before buying and this one was exactly what we were looking for - we wasn't disappointed!!!

Purchased 28cm stainless steel solar water feature. Within a week it started to rust, within the 60 days the light stopped working.

When I complained about the rust response was to clean it! (This was predictably ineffective and I had to address with fine sandpaper)
When the light failed I complained again, wanting to return for a refund. I've been offered a repair but told that I'm not eligible for a refund as I've used it!!!!

Who has a water feature for 60 days and doesn't use it!?!
How is one to know there is an issue if you don't use it!?!

Instead of being an attractive addition to the garden, I feel like drop kicking it over the fence every time I look at it.

Did a fair amount of product research and opted for a small self standing water feature and spent circa £150 on my item. Item arrived and on unpacking found that not all items were in the packaging - very disappointed as I couldn't install my water feature. Also the quality of the product was not as expected - looked and felt extremely cheap and flimsy. Contacted customer services who were not helpful at all and demanded that I take a photo of the missing parts and send it to them via email..... obviously they assume that everyone has access to download photos and email them and how do you take a photo of something that doesn't exist!!!! Tried contacting customer services again only to get the same response by yet another grumpy employee. Needless to say I am left with a non working water feature and looks like I picked it up for £20 in a local bargain store and yes its going to the dump and I'm £150 out of pocket - a very expensive learning curve. I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone - yes things can go wrong, it's not a perfect world but it is how the problem/issue is resolved and in this case it just wasn't resolved - my recommendation - avoid purchasing from this company.

I recently purchased a Newcastle Wooden Barrel with water pump from Waterfeatures2go for a wedding present. On expecting the item a couple of weeks after purchasing it before wrapping it up, I noticed that the product had a defect and there was chunks missing out of the wood. Very poor quality and disappointing to say the least. When emailing the company to ask for an exchange (not even a refund), they told me that I should have report it within 7 days which was not stated in the returns policy nor the guarantee. The 7 day policy was in the business to business transactions conditions of sale, which as a private buer this does not concern me. It does however state in their Guarantee that the product should be inspected immediately upon delivery which is unreasonable and utterly ridiculous considering most business give at least 14 days. I've been offered nothing but excuse and so the dispute continues on over a week later from when I first wrote to them. To add to all the frustration, during my last telephone conversation today, I got the silence treatment on the phone, resulting in me having to put the phone down, appalling customer service, don't purchase from this company!

We have bought a 50cm sandstone sphere water feature. Unfortunately the packing was so bad that the sphere is badly chipped and worst of all it has polystyrene stuck in one patch like glue and will not budge. The sphere was just dropped in a polystyrene lined crate and when it arrived the crate had been badly damaged. I have complained about the sphere and following hundreds of phone calls and emails because they do not respond to any correspondence, they agreed to replace the sphere but only if we strap it onto a pallet for collection. This is a joke because we are pensioners and have no way of doing this and we don't have the packing because it was damaged when it arrived. No after sales care, inferior product, go with a reputable company which we wish we had.

I just wanted to send you a note to say how chuffed to bits I am with my water feature. It looks stunning, Is suitably heavy (which I wanted), works like a dream and the delivery was superb- ordered Tues pm and delivered Thurs am.

My recent purchasing experience with Water Features 2 Go was excellent in every respect. Customer service was exemplary with queries promptly addressed and courier delivery was extremely quick. I highly recommend and would most definitely purchase in the future.

I bought a solar water feature from this company as a Christmas present for my wife. I put it together in late January as the chance of frost at night was getting less. There were no instructions for the solar pump, so I emailed asking for them. they replied they would try to find some but the pumps went together simply and all of the plastic bags with bits in, didn't need to be used! (Why include them?) I put the pomp together and it seemed to work okay, but I'd only tried it for a few seconds. I put it outside about 17 days ago and the pump worked for a few seconds and stopped. This company, under DIY2go, have not responded in the last 2 weeks at all to my emails requesting a replacement pump and do not deserve any more custom!
