Gas boiler serviced, checked the loft, tested the fire alarms. A properly thorough service, very happy with the politeness of the gentleman who conducted the process. Paul was extremely helpful and a credit to the staff.

We've used Watson Plumbing for a few years now and they've always provided an excellent service. Whether it's an emergency or a regular service they can be relied upon.

Icame down stairs on Monday to find my large dining room radiator lying on the floor, having fallen off the wall.
I phoned and had a conversation with Bruna who was so helpful and arranged an appointement for Wednesday.
Paul arrived as Bruna said he would at 12oclock and very efficiently set about repairing the radiator .He was very methodical and tidy and after an hour it was impossible to see that anything had actually happened.
Thank you Paul for your professional visit. I shall certainly use Watsons again and intend to move my homecare package over to them .

WATSON responded quickly to my call and Paul, the engineer did a great job in identifying and fixing the problem. Friendly, efficient and reliable, I would recommend them to anyone.

Paul arrived as scheduled. He soon located the problem i had . Explained what was required and dealt with it efficiently and quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending them , and would certainly use them again if the need arose,

Enquired about their heating plan on a Sunday night, Bruna replied on the Monday morning to set everything up and book us in for a initial boiler check.
John and Russ were great, came early on our appointment day and serviced our boiler with no issues!

Drained heating system and replaced radiator valves. Work was carried out by Euan - all very efficient and tidy and Euan kept us informed about how the job was going.

Bruna in the office was very friendly, helpful and tailored the right care plan for my needs.

Peter, the engineer, was very professional, helpful, tidy and efficient.

Would definitely recommend.

Russ and John came out to service our boiler. Very polite and worked quickly, but thoroughly, and even found some time to try to help us sort out the controls for our heating. Couldn’t fault.

I called Peter about a frozen pipe (regular occurrence)from the boiler, The lads managed to re-route this inside for me, Great job. Also had a shower pressure problem, which I thought I would need to buy a new shower unit, initially agreed, went back to the office and managed to find a part online, so saved myself the expense of a new unit. Today Euan came and fixed the part, he was (they all were) quick, Clean, polite, Covid aware. Thanks. Now need a new bathroom Tap, which they will get for me. Thanks a lot everyone. Ling.

I have recently had a couple of jobs carried out by Andy from Watson's. Both occasions the communications from Bruna in the office were first class and the work by Andy was excellent.
I've recently binned Scottish gas and went over to Watsons service plan for my boiler and heating. The lads who came (Andy and John ?) were very knowledgeable and efficient in what they did for us. I would not now go anywhere else for anything plumbing and heating related. Support the local businesses !

Phoned about a problem with our boiler. Was told that someone would be with me at 2pm the following day. Half an hour after I phoned John and Russ turned up at the door. They had been on a call near by and just decided to do one more before finishing for the day. Both were extremely polite and helpful. Boiler issues resolved! Excellent service.

Fantastic service from Andy on the installation of a new cloakroom suite. Very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much bother. Extremely pleased with the job. Very quick at attending when we needed and would definitely recommend.

Russell and John carried out an annual service this morning on our central heating boiler. Very professional, very sociable. Nothing was any trouble. Delighted the cups of tea worked! Joking apart, excellent service.

Did an online quote for a new boiler. 30 mins later i got a call from them appointment made for a couple days later for them to come look and see exactly what needed done. Booked in for the following week to get it fitted. Done within 2 days. They filled all the guarantees out for the new boiler so didn't even have to do that.

Recommended by neighbours after problems with existing plumber, things couldn't have been more different. Russ and John were excellent, explained things in language I could understand, friendly and good at their job and answered all my questions, maybe the cup of tea helped lol, excellent service
