I visited Waylands Bristol last week and dealt with Tom. He was very honest in his approached, which I liked, as this hasn't always been my experience.
Everything was delivered on time. Great customer service

Once I got there, Waylands Volvo were excellent. They serviced the car on a waiting basis (which they said they weren’t expecting to do) with a good wash and vac that I wasn’t expecting from them either. Of course they try to sell you AC service and Brake Fluid replacement at exorbitant prices, but I expect that of a main dealer. On a low mileage 2 yr old car it’s questionable.

The staff were polite and efficient.

They only lost a star because the service was booked through Volvo Uk and it appears none of their dealer systems match up, so it was a ballache to get it sorted.

Harry, the Oxford Volvo person who collected and returned my car is a great ambassador for the company. He was incredibly friendly, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. And just as important since I work full time, he was wonderfully punctual!

Excellent service from Antonio today. We popped in on the off chance of seeing a Polestar 4 and having a sit in one to see if it would suit our needs. Antonio not only arranged this at short notice but also got us out on a test drive too. Great car and great service.

I was very happy with the service from Mark at Volvo Bristol. He was very communicative the whole way through enquiry and reservation and really looked after me on the collection day and made sure I left super happy with my new car.

Just had my 2nd service & MOT at Waylands MG Oxford. Harry is OUTSTANDING with friendly & polite customer service a credit to Waylands MG who collected & delivered my car.
Was also kept in the loop. Would definitely recommend Waylands MG

My car got picked up on time as was agreed. Harry was great and respectful, no worries at all. The service process had a video showing me what was being done and what recommendations needed attention. At the end, the car was returned to me with the paperwork and Harry took the time out to go through it with me. Well done MG!

Best service ever from Simon and Liam. Liam managed to sort the internet issues on my Volvo EX30, (not sure why Waylands Oxford could not do this??? ). Professional and very helpful. Highly recommended.

I recently bought a new car from Waylands Reading. Scott Williams was exceptional, very friendly and helpful and the service he provided was excellent. A great experience all round and my thanks to Scott.

Waylands Kia Bicester is excellent after trying many dealerships from Kia that are very unprofessional. This is next level Service especially Chloe and Tony are excellent. Representatives of Kia dealership was clean tidy and very helpful for any information offered a test drive in a very clean vehicle unlike other dealerships that we’ve been to, I will filled with McDonald rappers and very poor if you’re thinking about Kia contact them as nothing is too much trouble and they so helpful needed to make a few enquiries. Information was on hand immediately other dealerships so they’re gonna call you especially Chloe immediately she knew any information that I asked which was excellent. Care should be very pleased with this dealership as they are next level so don’t hesitate to look at this dealership.

Good Experience Car was collected by Harry and returned later in the day with everything sorted.

Waylands Kia Reading sold me a used car with a crack in the windscreen, for which the sales team are vehemently refusing to take responsibility. They have now chosen to completely ignore my emails. As claiming this through my insurance company would be a fraudulent act, I am faced with a bill for £843 for a replacement windscreen. BE WARNED!!

Ken the sales person was so helpful and not at all pushy so I felt very confident in the purchase. Explained things well and sorted out all the paperwork. He was very responsive and patient, a really pleasant experience, thank you

Just had my MG car service at waylands MG and the service was very easy.. Phil arrived to pick up car and a great conversion soon started. Very pleased with the customer service I received from Kiera Charlton at Waylands Newbury when I purchased my new car recently. She spent the time to understand exactly what I was looking for within my budget, arranged several test drives in different models, and then helped me strike a deal that gave me the peace of mind I was looking for. The service end to end was great.

We went in to Volvo Bristol to find out more about the EX30 and Abi Johnson could not have been more helpful. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and an excellent ambassador for the Volvo brand. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience that left us not only better informed but feeling positive and likely to choose an EX30 as our first EV. Waylands Kia Bicester were great because they had a great range of cars in my price bracket, took the time to learn what I needed, and weren't pushy. Aran was really helpful - he really knew the cars inside and out, and helped me set it up to my preferences when I collected it.
