This is my first time of them writing a tender for me and everything went smoothly from the onset upto the time the tender outcome came out and we were successful, they are indeed very professional, excellent in communication and guidance. I had a problem with mice getting in through the air brick I have ptsd from mice going back to my childhood I rang Qualis and lady on phone was so understanding and sent out a operative called Chris he was so good and polite and saw the problem straight away he filled in the holes changed the plastic cover and replaced with metal one he was very helpful he cleared up all the mess and left the kitchen like he found it thank you Chris and I can’t fault it Qualis although many people give negative feedback I have had Qualis do couple repairs recently and i really can’t praise them enough I don’t seem to have any problem with them
