Exceptional every time.
We ordered a disk upgrade and were told to expect downtime. They started early and worked faster than predicted, just the usual above and beyond from Web Wiz! A++!

Had a technical issue with my credit card which meant I could not fulfill my monthly payment in time. Webwiz support was great on the matter, extending my due date (twice) until the technical issue was resolved. Very good customer service !

The support is always very responsive and on point. All my issues have always been resolved quickly.

Very Helpful Staff fixed my vb.net website when changing for http to https.

Bruce at Web Wiz is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a Sports National Governing Body we rely on our webhosting company to keep us in touch with our members around the country.

Coming from the desktop world, I dreaded the task to build 3 websites and 1 web-API, and although I am confident in c# I was new to Blazor and at least 15 years since the last time I built a website myself. Starting has been difficult but the assistance I received from Web Wiz has been top level. I do realize that answering silly questions might be pretty boring (I do have customers myself) but the assistance I received to get started made the difference.

First impressions are that the support team are very quick to answer questions (even if they were no doubt ones they get all day every day). Way ahead of many hosting providers I have used.

I originally moved my hosting to WebWiz because of the low cost but I was delighted with the services offered. Particularly that the webservices delivered compressed HTML which helped a particular client's website.

The support services were exemplary, especially important for me as I have been developing very complex technical applications based on PHP7/PDO, MSSQL server, and AngularJS front-end. WebWiz solved each of my detailed hosting problems within hours. The services have been very reliable and I've never had a complaint from my clients.
