Have been with Web Wiz now for over 8 years, service has been excellent, Bruce has been a joy to deal with and offers us great advice and support on all our hosting matters.

As a website developer I have been with Web Wiz for over 10 years using a Reseller Package and have moved most of my client sites over to them as well. I now run Martial Arts National Governing Body sites on Web Wiz systems that need full system backups and have ethical green policies.

Web Wiz has Fast SSD servers that run ASP and PHP with all the ancillaries you could want.

But the main point is that the service and support they give is superb. They answer within minutes and have the knowledge to fix most problems instantly. As the are also developers they understand requirements that is beyond most other companies. I cannot recommend them enough.

I moved to Web Wiz in 2013 after my previous hosting company stopped supporting classic ASP. Service and support have been excellent; support tickets are usually dealt with within minutes of submission.Although we have moved to php now, the original site is still, importantly, available as it contains many features that will not be duplicated in the new pages for many months.

I have been with Web Wiz for long enough now to know that they are massively superior to my previous Hosting Company. The package is extensive, the support fast and accurate and the pricing very keen. I have to say that I am very impressed and relieved to leave behind the slow response and unhelpful service I moved away from.

Fast servers, All the bells and whistles I need included in the package whether it's ASP or PHP plus all the ancillaries I need such as file upload, PDF generator etc. etc. The list goes on.

I have been with Web Wiz for several years now. The core platform is excellent and competitively priced. But what really sets them apart is the excellent customer service and support. They have always been able to answer my questions and resolve my problems and requests promptly and in clear and simple terms. They go out of their way to help me understand how things work, what my options are, and then how to execute them. I would not hesitate to recommend them as a provider.

Excellent customer service from a UK based Solar Powered Eco Hosting company. Competitive pricing and a can-do attitude - you're not on your own with Web Wiz, they always answer the phone in no time at all. How many hosting companies do you know who do that? Highly Recommend.
