No contac any form.
Dont buy for this company again

Delivery times are horrible, the most common items, a hose set, over a month for delivery? Unsatisfactory to think this business supports other businesses. No you can't cut metal nor do brazing for a month...You're kidding right?

Placed an order on 12/02, sent an email on 12/15 asking when I can expect my order (no response). Called several times, no one ever answer the phone. You could leave a message so I did. Again, no response from the company. I finally filed a dispute on 12/30 with my credit card company.

Horrible customer service, and never buy anything from this company- they just loosing your time and money!

If there were 10 stars, I would choose all 10!

New to welding, needed a starter kit of supplies. They had a Student Safety Pack. It had literally exactly what I needed to start classes. The answered the phone. A PERSON ANSWERED THE PHONE!

I needed special changes to the kit (XL jacket, small gloves). Hama (spelling?) walked through the process of making these changes. So helpful, knowledgeable, and professional!

Received package in 3 days. Exactly as customized!!!

I had a question after delivery. Called them and got voicemail. They called me back in 10 minute!

I can’t say enough great things about this company and their customer service!
