I ordered a few bass guitars from this website they said they would ship it out cod cash on delivery if they are that bad I will not give them any money

Ordered 2 hoodies. After a week I didn't want them anymore so I reached out to them via email. Heard nothing for 2 more weeks. They arrived and the quality is god awful. Should have read reviews before, deserves it's one star

Do not order from here!!!!! Ordered two pairs of "hey dudes" on August 7, 2021 after communication I got an email that the monies would me refund on November 3, 2021 and it's has been over two weeks and haven't received my refund. I'll never see it and that fine. Karma will get those.....You're Budda said so!

This company is a SPAM! I ordered kitchen rack in June and still haven’t received my order. I tried to contact them on the email address they provided with no answer! There is no phone number or any other way to get in contact with them. It is disgusting what they do, be aware! You will lose your money and never see items you ordered.

Shoes are not true to size or fit. They refuse to refund only offering 10% even though their policy states clearly they will refund. I will never buy from this company again. I am now left out of pocket with shoes that are useless to me. Shocking

Horrible experience overall. I waited over a month for my clothes just to find out that they were two sizes smaller than they should have been. A extra large is really like a extra small Nothing like the pictures! Dont do it!!! No response to my emails regarding item return his website is a nightmare. I have been trying to get in contact with them and i found the this number for the company is NINE ONE NINE⁹³⁹²⁵⁴⁴ I reach out the company help department regarding my issue they ask me for the order number Had a refund issue and was immediately helped by a excellent member of staff our help problem was solved straight away many thanks appreciate your help

I ordered 2 dresses from this website almost I spent $60 on four tops that all came in the wrong size! I’m a small and got nothing but medium and large! it took a month and a half to get here, and the quality is complete trash! Nothing like the pictures! Dont do it!!! No response to my emails regarding item return his website is a nightmare. I have been trying to get in contact with them and i found the this number for the company is⁷⁶⁰²⁸⁴ three one three one i was able to contact the company and they help to return !!!!!!!!! DO NOT buy from this scamming company!

THEY ARE CRIMINALS. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They have a very convincing site and will even send you a "tracking number" and an "order confirmation". You will most certainly NEVER see or hear from them again. It is a SCAM site.

I made an order over a month ago and still have not even received shipping confirmation. I have also tried getting in touch to cancel my order since it’s so late that I no longer need it, but they are not replying over email and I have not been able to reach them over the phone either. Absolutely shocking customer service- don’t give them your money, you won’t get anything in return!!! Will make sure to tell anyone who will listen to NEVER buy from these scammers.

I ordered almost 2 months ago and haven’t received anything! There are so many people that have had the same experience with not receiving any of their items. Every time i tried to contact them and send emails or dms through instagram they completely ignore them or read but give no response. I along with other have been trying to get refunded for the past few months but this company won’t send us our money back!!! DO NOT buy from this scamming company!

I ordered 2 dresses from this website almost a month ago & still have not gotten any updates on the location of my package. The shop tracking app shows that it “shipped” but no tracking can be found. Overall very positive this website is just a scam. Don’t buy from here. The REAL store all these dupes are from is House of CB.

I never complain about clothing stores but this is the worst experience I’ve had. I spent so much money on their site about 2 months ago and still have not received my order. I contacted them via Instagram dm and they still haven’t gotten back to me. I’m so upset.

all of weloocs products can be found on aliexpress and dollskill. buy from your local businesses instead. i’ve tried commenting on their posts multiple times asking about this, but they’re always deleted.

do not buy from welooc, i haven’t bought from there but when you click on the website it is already sketchy. they only accept paypal and no other payment methods. then i found out that you can get all this stuff cheaper from aliexpress. they overcharge for items they don’t even own. do not buy from here because you will most likely not receive your order or will be waiting a long time for your order.

Shipping time was extremely long and one of my purchases was extremely bad quality. Not worth the money

I feel like this was a lesson in that I and we should really do research BEFORE buying from a company (good going people reading this). I wanted to buy Christmas presents and saw an add that said free shipping if you bought 50$ worth of stuff, which I was, so I tried for a whole day of refreshing and even joining them and they just wouldn't give me free shipping , and surprise, only would let me buy each item individually. Mind you the shirts have a 12$ shipping EACH. so I wasted a lot of money. It's been 3 weeks now and still hasn't come. Also apparently they steal designs. Regret shopping there a lot.

Submitted an order on 11/26/20, it is now 12/23/20 and I have not received the order. Its even traveled through my state twice and is now 1500 miles away. When i asked for a complete refund, i was denied and told the order "should be there this week".
This company is a complete joke. Save your money.
