We also have a fast growing on-line business that delivers our great range of products nationwide. We believe there are far too many faceless online retailers these days that promise the earth but rarely deliver, we put a huge amount of effort into making sure that we can fulfil customer orders quickly, offering free next day delivery on the vast majority of items that we stock and more importantly, offering excellent after sales service – if you need help or advice we are a simple phone call away. Purchase of new TV

I had a television delivered and installed. Delivery was prompt. I was kept informed at all stages from order to delivery. Installation was done quickly and professionally including connecting my Sky box and Chromecast. I was given a clear explanation of the features of my new TV and how to adjust the settings. Finally my old TV and the packaging for my new TV was taken away. Perfect in all respects. I will buy from Weybridge Audio again.

First Class Service

Very knowledgeable from start to finish. All questions were answered accurately and confidently. TV was delivered on time and installed quickly and efficiently. Will use Weybridge Audio again. Will not hesitate to recommend to others.

Excellent service.

Bought streamer and speakers online. Fast turnaround, good price. One of the team rang me before despatch to check that I had necessary cables - thoughtful, and not something you get with Amazon!

Very efficient staff.Placed my order online and requested a delivery date.They even phoned me to check my delivery date and told me it could be arranged earlier.My speaker stands arrived om my requested day and where well packaged.Set them up and they work a treat.

Fantastic customer service

My second order and they couldn’t be more helpful with delivery or collection. Ordered online and they offered delivery next day but I collected due to it being a surprise present. Price of product competitive and wouldn’t hesitate to order again from them
