Very pleasant experience at Weyron. Enjoyed trying felicity Japan 2 massage chair, was excellent and I purchased right away. Daniel was very helpful.

We have had a Weyron massage chair for 10 years and decided it was time to upgrade. The new chairs are far superior to the old one, we went for the Grand Opera 5D massage chair and it is out of this world! Daniel was very helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic chairs and fantastic service throughout. The 8d ai model we purchased really does everything and is very relaxing, so much so our family and friends are always in it when they visit. It is an extremely good chair so who can blame them.
Have also had excellent aftercare from Weyron, having contacted them a few times including once to move the chair downstairs as it's far too big and heavy to do without dismantling it and taking the doors off. The two man delivery team were brilliant though on both occasions. Built like powerlifters, which is very reassuring because you don't want anything dropped on your floor of course, they have been very courteous and professional on both occasions and have great product knowledge too. Very difficult to have even minor complaints. Highly recommended.

We've owned our Master-Supreme massage chair for about five years now, and it's been one of the best purchases we've ever made.

I suffer from a bad back following a misspent youth and a motorbike!! while my wife is an avid marathon runner. The chair has been an absolute godsend for both of us. It's excellent for easing everyday aches and pains, and my wife finds it super helpful with recovery after training runs. We would genuinely miss it if it were not here.

The chair has also proved exceptionally durable. After several years of frequent use, it continues to perform extremely well.

However just as impressive has been the service. The WEYRON team could not be more helpful. They go well beyond what we could have expected, so kudos to the whole team

We went to Weyron's East London showroom to test Weyron's massage chairs. Sarra took us through their range of chairs and we tested all but their top end model. The whole experience was very impressive. Sarra had good knowledge of the products and was able to explain all our queries. In the end we didn't buy the chair due to space constraints, but would highly recommend Weyron if you're in the market looking for massage chairs.

Today is a excellent experience in Weyron Messages Chairs and finally we purchased a WEYRON Cocoon II 4D - Japan Technology Massage Chair. The sell Daniel is very nice and professional.

We purchased our Felicity massage chair from Weyron’s Milton Keynes branch back in 2018, and it has been one of the best investments we have ever made for our home. The chair itself is fantastic incredibly comfortable and reliable. Even after all these years, it works as beautifully as the day it was delivered.

What really sets Weyron apart, however, is their after-sales care. Over the last eight years, we have called on them twice to move the chair: first from one property to another, and most recently from one room to another within our current home.

I sent an email to Weyron this past Tuesday, and Oana from their team replied the very same day. She arranged for a team of guys to come out, and they moved our chair professionally and with great care, placing it exactly where we wanted it. They were polite, efficient, and made a potentially tricky job look effortless.

It is so rare to find a company that offers such amazing service long after the initial purchase. Weyron has proven that they truly care about their customers even years down the line.

I bought a Grand Royal massage chair from Weyron in 2020, and it has been an absolute game changer for my chronic back pain and headaches. I have hyper mobility and scoliosis and injuries from 5 car accidents, but my massage chair keeps me functioning. It has even dissolved years-old calcified knots in my back and shoulders. I only regret waiting so long to make the investment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Weyron.

The sales process was very quick and positive. I was told that the Weyron Grand-Serenity 8D A.i was their best model, that the quality was “extraordinary”, and that the chair was made in the UK with Japanese components. I purchased the chair for £7,000, including delivery and setup, expecting a premium product and a premium level of customer service.

Unfortunately, the experience after delivery has fallen far below that standard. Issues were raised almost immediately after delivery, including concerns about the screen and the calf massage function. The calf massage remained extremely weak despite following the instructions given, including changing settings, using the suggested programme, lowering the footrest, turning on calf rollers/kneading, and increasing the air intensity.

Rather than receiving a clear and prompt resolution, I was told an engineer visit may be needed and that a pipe may be twisted, but arranging this became unnecessarily difficult. I was later told the job would be put on a waiting list, and when an engineer was proposed, the appointment depended on their scheduled route rather than a clear, customer-focused time. I was even asked whether someone else, such as a neighbour could open the door - wholly inappropriate

When I asked for the chair to be collected and refunded, I was told I was outside the 14-day return period. That was particularly frustrating because my complaint was not simply that I had changed my mind — I had raised issues with the product very early on - within the 14 days.

I have tried 9 times to schedule an engineer, however; on many occasions they cancelled last minute or I was told that an engineer was sick. Other times, I was told that my proposed dates are unavailable or unknown. They have a habit of telling me they are free to come the night before which is obviously too little notice.

For a product sold as a premium massage chair, and at this price point, the after-sales support has been very disappointing. A premium product should be matched by clear communication, practical support, and a reliable resolution process. Sadly, my experience with Weyron has not reflected the standards promised during the sales process.

We bought a Weyron massage chair six years ago and have been using it regularly with very good benefits to our physical wellbeing. We’ve decided to upgrade and Daniel has been very helpful in deciding which one to choose and offered us a very good deal with part exchange of our current one.

I enjoyed my experience testing different massage chairs. Daniel was professional, friendly and attentive to my needs. I have chosen Grand Royal massage chair because of it medical and therapeutic benefits. I would highly recommend Weyron massage chairs.
