We bought our Weyron Grand Royal massage chair in 2020 when the pandemic was preventing us from visiting spas, and we couldn't be happier. I have chronic back pain due to scoliosis and 5 car accidents combined with a stressful desk job. This Grand Royal massage chair has broken down longstanding calcified knots in my back and has helped me go through each day pain-free. My chiropractor is amazed at how my back has transformed, and now he wants one of these chairs. My teenagers are very athletic and use the massage chair to keep their muscles in good working condition. My insomniac friend comes for a visit and immediately falls asleep for hours in the chair. The only drawback to having this massage chair is that when we have parties, people congregate around the massage chair waiting their turn instead of socialising with the hosts.

Amazing service for the installation of my massage chair in an attic room. I have been using the chair for 2 weeks and it is very good. So many different sessions and options to choose from and very deep massage.

Customer service fantastic, from the moment we showed interest to the installation at home a few days later, the process was simple, very professional and friendly. Daniel from the sales team and Cosmin from the installation team, were fantastic. he massage chair is absolutely amazing, we used it daily all the family. 100% recommend it

I’ve always been very pleased with my Weyron massage chair and the helpful friendly service provided by Daniel and his team.

However they excelled my expectations when my hard working chair which gets used up to 15 hours a week developed some squeaks and creaks after 2 years.

I quickly received a visit from the service team who came to service the chair but unfortunately the noise returned. After a second concerted effort the noise still returned and Weyron recommended that the chair was collected for a thorough inspection.

The chair was returned after a week and I’m pleased to report that it is back to its absolute quiet best.

Such incredible service and customer commitment to honour their warranty is a rare commodity and one that Weyron should be commended for.

What a great company and a big thank you to Oana who kept me informed and up to date through out the whole process.

Product: Grand Royal 5D (2023)

I visited Weyron HQ in Milton Keynes on —- to test their massage chairs after having no luck with other brands. We were shown around by Daniel who had great product knowledge and after a quick consultation to ascertain our needs, we were recommended to try the Grand Royal 5D.

Once I sat into the seat, I instantly noticed how comfortable these chairs are. Despite being cheaper in cost than the Osim Naipo, they feel by far more well-built and premium. I have suffered from back and neck problems for most of my life and spent thousands on physiotherapy and loads of other massage products which have all made such a minimal difference in comparison. Since purchasing a month ago, I’ve been using this chair daily for 15/20min sessions and it has done more for my pain than years of physiotherapy.

Another factor was height, I am 6”4 and my wife 5”2 and found many of the chairs to be uncomfortable for taller individuals. Yet the Weyron is comfortable for us both (after calibration) and perhaps even a little taller.

As a final note, I’d like to say a massive thank you to Daniel for being so attentive and just making this whole experience enjoyable. From enquiry to final delivery the customer service has been amazing.

I purchased a weyron massage chair a couple of months ago and it’s one of the best things I’ve bought , I play a lot of sports and found I used to get a lot of aches and pains afterwards, but now everyday I’ll have a 15 mins -30 min massage and after playing sports have the comfort massage , I did view a couple of different massage chairs before buying this one but found most of them complicated to work and didn’t have as many different massage options , I was worried that it might not fit though my smaller doors but the chair was easily dismantled and joined up by the friendly fitters and looks great in my room, I can highly recommend these chairs

Cannot praise them enough. Great products, great service, fantastic help when it's required.

Had a Weyron chair for around 2 years and have been very happy with its performance. Had a small problem with the seat cover.. contacted Weyron and the problem was sorted out.

From inquiry to ordering to delivery I cannot fault Daniel from the Milton Keynes. The delivery even though they had hours to drive and other drop off’s were bang on time, which I was amazed with. The guys that set up my chair and gave me instructions were very courteous and carful … Honestly can’t fault the process from start to finish .. and that’s not even saying anything about how fantastic the chair is 😀 Oh my word !!! It’s just out of this world. I suffer from a bad back and fibromyalgia … it is literally a life changer .. Thanks Weyron .. if I had to snag it I would just say that a design that is easier to get in and out of would be great ( maybe where you can swing the foot massager away to sit 🤷🏻‍♀️) but that wouldn’t be a deal changer, I might struggle to get in but I’m ok to get out when it’s finished with me 😂😂

I decided to pay Weyron a visit in Milton Keynes . It was well worth it. Daniel was super-helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He took his time to show us around and try everything for ourselves. There was no hurry, no pushiness, no salesiness, I genuinely felt Daniel wanted us to be happy and make our own decision. It was a wonderful experience .Delivery was quick and easy, the guys explained how the chair works, even though Daniel's video he sends you explains everything clearly.None of us want to get out of it. We want to fall asleep in it. It really works. It helps us unwind and it's been fun trying out all the programs and trying out all the settings. We love our chair and are very happy with it. I have to say Daniel's service and attention to detail helped finalised the decision.We are thoroughly happy with our purchase and we think our chair will be soothing us for years to come. Thank you Daniel and Weyron for making such a great massage chair. I bought the cocoon massage chair replacing my 20 year old massage chair the cocoon massage chair my God it’s good fantastic superb can’t wait to get on to the massager every time I come from work very relaxing loads of features on it.

Before ordering the master supreme chair I phoned and spoke to Daniel who gave me the info I needed, after looking online at other chairs I decided the Weyron chair was the one. So placed the order on the Monday and received the chair on the the friday of the same week!!
Chair was delivered and put in our room after taking sides off to get through a fairly narrow door then re fitted once in place.
The delivery guys were very efficient, showed me how to use the controls etc.
First time I used the chair I didn’t want to get out…. It was incredible!! Then I struggled to get the wife out of it too.
I can honestly say it’s the best purchase I’ve made in many years.

Daniel's customer service and the build and experience of the chair were out of this world. From our initial visit to now home use, we have been mightily impressed. Daniel is knowledgeable, gave us time and went through all the details without rushing us.
The chair is in the Premier League of massage chairs with an exceptional build quality and options for all manner of health requirements. It is also a device for relaxing you so much that you fall asleep!

As a person who suffers with chronic illness I made contact with Daniel at Weyron. Daniel is a charming guy who is extremely helpful and guided me through the different chairs on offer. The showroom is spectacular. I previously had the Felicity chair and using this chair it improved my health and increased my blood oxygen levels from 40% to 99% I suffer with Fibromyalgia and I can tell you that it is a game changer. Weyron have two new 2021 models in the showroom that I also tried before making my final choice. Namely the Felicity LE and the top of the range Grand Master Supreme model that is equivalent to a formula one racing car in my opinion. The technology is amazing and the products are of the highest quality. After consideration I decided on the Grand Royal I am now delighted to be a part of the Weyron family. This is how they make you feel. Their customer service is outstanding and they obviously believe the customer is king and do everything they can to help and assist you before and after the sale. Weyron Grand-Royal Massage Chair

We ordered this brilliant chair yesterday. We went to visit to the show room from Surrey and I highly recommend this company. The showroom has 4 different types of chairs which you can try. We received awesome service from Daniel and the best thing was that we have got delivery today (Sunday) after yesterday’s purchase. The delivery guys are very helpful in putting the chair together very quickly.

The massage chair after the first use in the showroom helped my mum with hip problems which is a fantastic result!!! She can’t sit too long in the car but our journey was 2hrs just to get there. She had very strong pain in her hip and the pain was gone after her first session!

We highly recommend this chair and cannot wait for the further results!

Responses to my enquiries pre purchase we’re instant and extremely informative. Delivery was arranged in a few days and the install team were amazing. The chair itself is worth every penny. Very professional company, wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one... just need a bigger sitting room.

Probably the best purchase I have ever made.

I was in a car accident and it has left me in a wheelchair learning to walk again, this chair has helped no end with recovery, it promotes a good bloodflo stopping recurring DVT (blood clotting), helping to stop my legs and lower back muscles from hurting all the time from sitting in a chair.

It generally has helped physically and mentally.

I have carers every day come in to help me and guaranteed at the end of most of there shifts here they always sit in the chair for 2 sometimes 3 programs in a row.

The company itself has also been great with there services,
1. I had the salesman run through all details about each machine and then help me pick what one would help the most with the problems I have at the moment.

2. The guys who deliverd the chair even let me record a video of the setup while they explained what I needed to know about moving the chair and how it all works in detail, they didn't just try to drop it off and get out ASAP and that is something you do not get alot of these days.

3. I broke one of the cables by accident and rang up to buy a replacement one, they wouldn't take my money for it but generally cared and how it was helping me with everything since I have had it.

There is not many companies that impress with sales and after sales these days but I am very impressed with this company.

I ordered a cocoon chair from Weyron on Friday and got my chair on Sunday. Weyron has good team and good product, highly recommend! Enjoy the head and eye message with nice bird music , sit in the heated message chair like in heaven !

I bought a Cocoon chair from Weyron a couple of months ago, they are a good company to deal with. I bought it on line, and it was delivered to room of choice. The delivery guys set the chair up and ensured it was working, and took away all the rubbish, which is a big added bonus in my opinion! The chair is great quality and very comfortable. There are lots of different setting which you can choose from and it is very relaxing, and I use it nearly every day, I love it and am really happy with my purchase!

I bought the chair just before lockdown in March. Not knowing much about the company i was a little apprehensive. However my wife and i went to the convent warehouse and tried a number of chairs before deciding on the one we wanted. We were not rushed into any particular chair and were allowed to try all the different chairs available at our leisure. Once i made the purchase i was pleasantly surprised how quickly the chair was delivered and set up, with both the men wearing protective masks and gloves. They didn't stay long though.
Since then we've used the chair daily and about 3 weeks ago i noticed that it eased making a noise which was louder than usual and it was intermittent. I phoned the company and told then the problem, not expecting a quick response. Well they blowed me over as the engineer arrived the day after i contacted them and found a loose screw. Thankfully no damage. It's as a result of the very good aftercare service that i am delighted to wired this review and would recommend then to anyone thinking of buying a massage chair. The chairs by the way are super.

Purchased a Weyron Cocoon Chair after doing some comparisons online with other brands such as OSIM and some others I've never heard of. Daniel from Weyron was always helpful and responsive to reply to emails on the same day, if not even within hours. I was more than happy with the price, the warranty period, the functionality, and most of all the customer service, better than any other brand I've contacted.

Even the delivery lad was great. They ensured everything was in place, decarding all the rubbish and made sure the mechanisms of the chair is working before explaining how the chair should be used and all its functions.

The sales experience overall had been fantastic and the Chair felt luxury and relaxing. I couldn't recommend it more.
