Terrible service I left a lot of messages for Katie broadfield asking her to call me about my mother’s will she never did so I ended up having to talk to her secretary about the matter who made promises she didn’t keep.

Whitehead Monckton were allocated to us as first time buyers of a property and we felt we were in trusted hands from day one. We were given prompt updates and appreciated the patience in sometimes explaining some of the numerous bits of paperwork and legal jargon. Felt assured that the process was going smoothly and to be completed before the stamp duty changes from 1st April. Delighted with obtaining our new home and would recommend these solicitors to anyone.

From the start till the end, Abbie at Whitehead Monckton was at the end of the phone and in the office every step of the way and whenever we needed any help. She also kept us informed all the way through both our selling and buying process. We couldn’t have been happier working with Liz at Whitehouse Monckton, the entire process start to finish was incredible. Every email was answered within 5 minutes, and every call was taken. We ended up having issues with the first property we had an offer accepted on and Liz was amazing throughout easing our worries and finally giving us the advice we needed to move on to another property.
