We had an excellent experience with Liz Dack, senior associate of Whitehead Monckton .
Ms Dack recently navigated us through the sale of a property. Due to the challenging circumstances surrounding this particular property there were many hurdles and complications. It was a process we were dreading. Liz handled everything for us with concise, prompt, helpful communications and took care of every hurdle that came up with ease. It was handled in the smoothest , least stressful and most professional manner we could have possibly wished for.

After dealing with an incompetent solicitor sitting on our house purchase file for 6 months we had nearly lost all hope... our mortgage offer was expiring, the sellers were about to pull out of selling their house and every solicitor we called couldn't help us...that was until we called Liz Dack from Whitehead Monckton.

Jasmine Miah at WMLAW was absolutely fantastic in dealing with my urgent remortgage application. She was extremely efficient, highly professional, knowledgeable and there was excellent communication throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

Had a very good experience working Jasmine on a house purchase. We had a financial disagreement which turned out to be my team not paying her all the money she needed. But in the end, she offered the needed clarification.

I’ve used Sadie Webb at Whitehead Monckton for multiple property sales now and she has been absolutely smashing.
They always answer calls and emails promptly and are very thorough. I would highly recommend her for any exchange needs and will certainly use her again in future.

Do not use this firm. Absolutely appalling experience. They only reply to emails/phone calls after you've chased a handful of times. No attention to detail, documents were routinely submitted with non-trivial errors, or worse not submitted at all. Very slow to act on anything and are never proactive. If you are looking for a quick and painless property transaction, look elsewhere.

Once there was a stupid man who hired Whitehead Monckton to handle his remortgage. Three solicitors were assigned to the case.

The FIRST solicitor failed to answer a single email.
The SECOND solicitor only worked three day weeks so the case moved very slowly.
The THIRD solicitor didn't know how to complete the transaction.

Although they were working on the case from February to July they were unable to complete the remortgage and the offer expired. The man lost a lot of money.

And this is a true story.
