Hi there and thanks for your review. I can see custom clearance took 6 days for your order which is unfortunately out of our and freight companies control. I will find out the new waybillnr for the order since the freight company chosen does not make the final mile delivery where you live. All is fine with the order but since of the slow custom clearance it has a delay.

do not order from Canada
all over their website they promote no duty when shipping to Canada, but low and behold I had to pay an extra $50 to get my pouches. Don't take the bate, they lie.
