Shipping was fast, all items were packaged securely and I'm happy with the quality of the items I ordered.

An item was missing from my order. After contacting them they replied back quickly asking for pictures of what I did get in my order. After I sent them they immediately sent out the missing item. Excellent response time and service.

Great communication and fast delivery. I had forgotten I ordered lavender essential oil and put the box in recycling for the kids to break down. I went back to the pile because I needed a small box and was taking out the packaging which I thought felt extra heavy. I started unfolding it and remembered I ordered the oil. I almost threw it out. Ack!! Not sure how it could be packaged differently but it sure did look like just padding. Can’t wait to use everything!
