1. Wicked Weasel’s reputation for high quality products is second to none. Your garments are manufactured to exact standards using the latest equipment and the best quality fabrics and threads. Also, our pricing remains well under our competitors, not only in comparable product pricing, but also in shipping charges that our customers pay.

2. We acknowledged that our no refund policy has created an inconvenience and confusion for you.

As you can notice on our Returns policy, if you choose the quick exchange option, once we receive the item/s, we will refund them and the shipping fee on your quick exchange order.

This means that we still have a refund policy as long as the customers are processing a Quick Exchange which is equivalent to the amount of their returns and meet the requirements (returns should be in good condition with tags attached).

Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry for any confusion regarding your order. I understand how this situation may have been frustrating, and I’d like to provide some clarification.

After reviewing it, we found that only the bikini top was purchased, not the matching bikini bottom.

You can also check the order total which is 79.95 AUD (70 AUD for the top and 9.95 AUD for the standard shipping fee).

We completely understand how this might have been an oversight, and we’d love to help! If you were looking to purchase the matching bottom, we’d be happy to assist with that.

I did try searching for recent correspondence regarding an MM inquiry but since your email is not included in the feedback, I had very limited information to work with. I was hoping I could review your previous correspondence so I can further assist you regarding the matter.

I understand how frustrating it can be when you’re just a bit short of the qualifying amounts, especially given your supposed overall spending with us. I hope you understand however, that the qualifying amount is per single order, and not the overall total in a year's span. In saying that, your insights about this issue are incredibly valuable, and I will definitely pass your feedback along to our MM team for consideration. We’re always looking for ways to improve our customer experience, and your suggestions will help us in that regard.
