Wickes - Ashby De La Zouch レビュー 

I do private care for the eldery and my client placed an order for delivery which did not go as well as hoped, however I would like to say a huge thank you to the duty manager Danielle for her time and patience in sorting the matter and providing excellent customer service to my client.

My issues started with installation having used the bathroom design team at my local store. As a single, professional female, I wanted a one-stop trusted design and installion service with the added peace of mind of a customer service model to support my design, and installation.

This is the exact opposite to what Wickes are even capable of delivering. I have lost over £6000. Have no safety certificates, spent 15 months dealing with customer services, installation managers and even the managing director. Wickes triggered a finance agreement, which I have to pay or risk default to my name.

I engaged the ombudman, who sided with Wickes and took months to respond. They failed to support my consumer rights.

Excellent help from Trevor today. Trevor stopped what he was doing and spent time and went out of his way to help sort out products for me.

A huge thank you to Trevor and the lady for such excellent customer service. Trevor talking me through the various electric drills that you have for sale and , different wood to repair a shed. As a non DIY person he explained everything clearly for someone like me to understand. There was no sales pressure to buy which as a pensioner l was grateful for.

I was hoping to use my One4all vouchers but Wicks do not accept them which is a shame.

I am now still researching my options based on the info Trevor gave me so may return.

The ladies were also extremely helpful and so friendly ( sorry l didn’t get their names).

Jim The designer at ashby was fantastic, tom the installer was amazing, made my kitchen look amazing. The customer service team are shocking, i have a fault with sink unit and for a month i have been pushed from pillar to post with no solution just fob offs, due to this reason i would advice u stay well away from wickes for a bespoke kitchen. . . ** i responded to message from wickes. . . And was totally ignored still no solution, am onto formal conplaint now***

I went in store today to get a bath panel I couldn’t find one to fit my bath.then I bumped into Karl he sorted the problem out for me 👍thank you 👍then it was Lorna who helped me find a rad valve 👍thank you 👍👍

We love our new kitchen. Jimmy Pang was very friendly and helpful, guiding us through the design, and helping produce a wonderful installation. The guys who delivered everything were very respectful, taking great care of the goods and our home.
As for the installation team! Tom Mackenzie and his team were fantastic. Great work ethic; fun to talk to; always respectful for the rest of our house; always talking through the options; incredibly well organised. And fantastic attention to detail in their work. A can't believe how good they were.

Just been to wickes to pick up some insulation but I wasn’t sure what I needed. I asked one friendly gentleman who wasn’t sure the exact answer but knew who would and called him Jake on his headset. Jake came out and helped me with polite, professional and friendly knowledge. The lady on the til with blonde hair was equally lovely and had helped me get a trade card last time I visited. Thoroughly enjoyable visit! Thanks

What a great experience and customer service at the Ashby Branch. Jimmy designed our kitchen, it was absolutely fantastic and challenged a few of our ideas and glad he did as it was fit last week and we are over the moon, it’s perfect.
The kitchen fitter was brilliant and also did a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We have been waiting 3 years to save up to order our new kitchen. Jimmy Pang was nothing but professional with us from coming round our house to take measurements and fussing our GSD, to taking the time to sit down and run through our plans in store. We cannot thank him enough for his time and patience with us. We will be highly recommending wickes in Ashby and in particular Jimmy Pang. This is a heartfelt thankyou from Gemma and James Rushton.

From initial ideas to finalised projects The Wickes staff have been amazing to deal with.
Iv had a complete new bathroom & kitchen installed that allows me to retain my independence a while longer.
Jimmy Pang at Ashby guided me through what might work for me & patiently allowed me time pushing & pulling doors, drawers Etc. My budget was considered without compromising on overall look. Everything i could expect was laid out clearly right down to possible additional charges so no nasty surprises.
The fitter for bathroom (Mark Aquafit) resolved unexpected issues & completed the job on time even with additional works.
The kitchen fitter Darren Hewitt has been an absolute gentleman, respectful, helpful, non stop working from start to finish. Taken time to make sure I was happy with my kitchen every step of the way. Organised, tidy & patient, resourceful when tackling issues & produced a wonderful workable kitchen space for me.

The staff in there are always really helpful and friendly.
Carl the manager and Lorna helped us out with an issue we had and went above and beyond to ensure we got the result we were after.
In fact all of the staff are always willing to help when help is needed

I did a click and collect order , Jake and the lady on the counter were very pleasant, order all ready, very good customer service received .

Absolutely brilliant. The support was amazing i couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you. Special mention for jimmy thank you for the help.

I applied to the Wickes Community Programme for some gardening items for our Grow With Us project at the Shuttlewood Clarke Foundation. We were very kindly supplied with all the items we requested including compost and gardening tools.
The application process was really simple to follow and we received the items within a couple of weeks which was amazing.
The staff at the Ashby de la Zouch store were fantastic, thank you so much for supporting our community allotments.

Can’t thank team members Lorna and Karl enough for their help when I needed it at this store. They are a credit to the team and hope they get the praise that they should get in helping me with a smile 😊 For that reason, We will return to this store in the future. From Clare and Son Harvey x

Visited on Sunday looking for some paint and was served by Poppy, who was very helpful and polite!

I came in to get some items and was not sure. The staff, mainly Ryan and Lorna, were amazing at ar helping me and were invaluable in their services

Wickes has helped and supported us at Kegworth Bowls Club through their Community Programme. This support has been massively helpful and Craig, Ryan and tge team at Ashby have gone above and beyond in their help and kindness. Thanks

Appointment was booked a week in advance. 20 minutes past the appointment time of 11.30am, I rang the store in Ashby to be told Steve was dealing with people in store and was not going to arrive until nearer 1pm.
I had booked 2 hours off work to attend this appointment so I could not wait until 1pm.
No courtesy call to say he was running late and the lady I spoke with on the phone didn’t appear to be bothered either - very disappointing.
