Lady at the till was very helpful and called Jake who loaded some forest bark into my car - brilliant.

We use wickes every day and find all the staff very helpful. Especially Lorna and James. They are a credit to your store and a big reason as to why we use wickes as much as we do!

Visited our local store in Ashby de la Zouch today and the customer service I received from the assistant manager Josh was outstanding. I asked where a product was and he took me straight away to it and his knowledge of the product I was after was excellent. A very helpful visit many thanks for your help and advice.

A massive shoutout to Jimmy, our kitchen design consultant, he was brilliant. He really listened to what we wanted and offered fantastic advice without being pushy.

We were so impressed with how hard he worked to make sure we got the best possible value. We'd recommend him to anyone, definitely five stars from us. 👍

From visiting other kitchen companies, we ended back at Wickes in Ashby de la Zouch. We made an appointment with Jimmy, who was the kitchen designer consultant. Jimmy listened to our design ideas, looked at our current kitchen design, asked us about kitchen colours and guided us through the vast choice of worktop. He came up with the perfect design. Jimmy was considerate of our budget, explained about the cashback options for new appliances and all the offers at that time. Once we had decided we were going ahead Jimmy explained the process for delivery, installation and customer service. We were allocated a dedicated customer adviser who was available throughout the process. Wickes have been amazing throughout and our kitchen is over and above our expectations. For price, quality and the personal touch Wickes is the place to go.

After having bought a kitchen for myself, I went back to purchase another from Wickes for my mother. Both times, Jimmy was the design consultant from Wickes, he came out and took kitchen measurements (free of charge even though we live 15 miles from Ashby) and asked many questions about how the kitchen would be utilised and then helpfully suggested kitchen ranges and counter top. Jimmy was always available, even on his days off, to help answer any queries and was patient with quite a few last minute design changes. The service from the whole kitchen design team from Ashby was excellent as other members were able to help when Jimmy was busy. The kitchen for my house went flawlessly, the kitchen for my mother's house was challenging due to its small size but Jimmy managed to achieve every requirement that was asked for the kitchen and his recommendations for the magic Corner was invaluable. I cannot express how happy I am with the kitchen for my elderly mother, the rendered design on paper was the same as in real life! Thank you again Jimmy and the kitchen team at Ashby Wickes.

After visiting four different Kitchen companies and going through all their proposed designs for my kitchen, I returned to Wickes, Ashby de la Zouch showroom, feeling that their vision for my kitchen was the closest to my own, as well as being within my budget. I saw Rosalynn Spooner, Design Consultant back in February and again on 28th March. She had initially visited my property and drawn up a design, and remembered all the problems of low ceilings and awkward corners on my second visit. I wanted to tweak some of the features in the original layout which were no problem. Rosalynn was extremely helpful, efficient and pleasant, ensuring I was completely happy with the final design. She explained all the options and the ins and outs of delivery and finance in a clear and concise way. Many thanks for all your help. I would be happy to recommend Wickes to anyone looking to fit a new kitchen in their home.

After a £25k spend on a kitchen, we couldn’t get anyone to consider items we thought were covered by the guarantee.

From paying in full in July 24, no site visit, 3 fitting companies (1 wanted another 2k to fit!), damaged appliances (including bath), missing handles, short tile deliveries, project managing everything ourselves and now (less than 3 months after fitting) we have a damaged blown sink cupboard. I've asked several times for a 'lessons learned' conversation but to no avail and I'm not confident of a response regarding the cupboard. An absolutely dreadful journey. Lewis Hutchings provided an excellent kitchen plan and quotation based upon our requirements. Lewis is an easy going helpful individual who is an asset to the Wickes company.

Just completed the Survey for the new "Customer Experience Centre".

There is just too much to raise and highlight, We should have cancelled and got a full refund instead of being talked out of it, The Experience was an absolute stress basically project managing our own build. No site visit, no time lines, rip of first installation quote (I dread to think how many people go with the first quotes). Damaged items, missing pieces, unsuitable items, shortage of tiles. Every issue had to be chased buy ourselves with additional time and stress... It actually felt like "We have had your money You will get it eventually".

Requested more details heard nothing. not even 3 months after original fitting and the Sink Unit has blown. Have Emailed Wickes so hopefully a reply will be soon.

We were looking to upgrade our kitchen, and decided we would visit WICKES in Ashby- De- la- Zouch and were served by Kitchen Consultant Jimmy Pang what a helpful and knowledgeable man, he helped us pick our kitchen and advised us what would suit or not suit.
We decided to go ahead with WICKES so glad we did, we had Kitchen Fitter Tom Mackenzie & his Apprentice Alfie it took about 8 days.
But saying that everything went like clockwork
First job, old kitchen taken out no problems
Then kitchen plastered
Then Electrician’s did all the wiring for downlighting
All cabinets were assembled while all the other trades came and went
Then the kitchen was installed & plumber came installed the new radiator.
From ordering the kitchen and Tom Mackenzie putting it in and sorting all the different trades to come and do their bit there was absolutely no problems
All the trades were polite and answered any questions we had or you could ask Tom
And all the different trades cleaned up/ swept up and left no mess
Would not hesitate to recommend WICKES & the kitchen fitter Tom Mackenzie & the trades people he uses

Lovely guys at the Ashby store,Lewis had lots of patience and was very knowledgable on the various items we needed, to put our dream kitchen into reality!
Jimmy was a pleasant guy and made you feel at ease when he visited our home to do the final measurements
Would highly recommend these guys when choosing your new kitchen!

We spent £13000 on a kitchen nearly a year ago that isn’t finished! You ring customer services and they never get back to you. The fitter told me to message him when the stuff had arrived so I did and never heard anything back. You ring the store and try to speak to the design consultant and they just say ring customer service! Customer services say someone will contact you within 48 hours? I’m still waiting and it’s been 3 months 😂

From the minute we entered the Wickes Store in Ashby de la Zouch, we were treated with professionalism by Steve Chilvers..Nothing too much trouble even said we could change our minds with our choices(we changed worktop), up to a couple weeks before or even cancel if need be.
The kitchen fitters assigned to us were Simon James and his team.What a great crew.
Our kitchen was taken back to bare brick,plastered and refitted, including a wc in the utility..What an amazing job,from the fitting,installation of appliances,tiling and flooring..So happy with the finish..
